This fabulous countryside villa is set in the Sevillan province, and it features all kinds of facilities and comforts to guarantee the most unforgettable stay for you and your family. The fabulous outdoor area and the comfortable indoor make for the greatest holiday destination, especially if you want to unwind and have the precious city of Seville at hand.

The rooms of the villa are all located on a single floor and are characterised by a peculiar decoration that provides a special charm to the whole property. The living space with a fireplace is provided with all the comforts and furniture you can dream of: the cosy sofa lets you have a relaxing siesta, and the spacious dining table is ideal for the whole family to rejoice in their meals. There also is the open kitchen, equipped with all the kitchenware and electric appliances that you could need to prepare the most delicious meals.

The villa's four bedrooms are cosy and welcoming, which guarantees the most regenerating nights of sleep. One bedroom is furnished with a 135-cm bed, another features a 150-cm double bed, and one is equipped with two twin beds. Lastly, in the fourth bedroom, you will find two bunk beds, thus the maximum capacity of the house being of ten people. One bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available inside the villa.

Warm/cool air-con is provided in the house.

Outside, you will have countless corners to enjoy the sunny weather of the Sevillan province. Right outside the villa, you will find a spectacular garden, equipped with parasols, sun loungers, chill-out areas, a swinging sofa, lush vegetation and a wonderful private pool that lets you and your family refresh and enjoy a swim whenever you want.

The poolside patio is incredibly spacious and features a shaded porch with an area for dining "al fresco", and even a small chapel that is open for you and your family. The plot features several olive trees, an orange tree and a lemon tree; you can also buy local products in the coop in the nearby town of Los Palacios y Villafranca.

The access to the villa is possible via a 1-km unpaved lane.

Un séjour des plus authentiques :Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cet havre de paix.La maison était magnifique et totalement restée dans son jus .Dès l arrivée , ce qui nous a frappé le plus, c est cette somptueuse allée bordée de grands palmiers avec au bout , une jolie chapelle colorée.Enfin, une immense piscine permet de se rafraîchir durant l après midi quand la chaleur bat son plein.Tout était bien pensé, à l intérieur comme à l extérieur de la demeure .Nous avons egalement eu la chance de rencontrer les propriétaires tard le soir . Ce sont des personnes remarquablement courtoises et gentilles Sans compter Monsieur Carlos , leur interlocuteur qui s est montré très serviable et nous a parfaitement renseigné tout au long de notre passage /

Vuestra hacienda realmente es muy hermosa y hemos disfrutado de la tranquilidad del campo, de la piscina que siempre está tan limpia, de la hermosa capilla para rezar mucho, rodeada de las bonitas esculturas, especialmente la virgen maria. La casa esta complemente equipada y es muy bonita. Para nosotros parece el paraíso, es un placer volver cada tarde en vuestra tranquila hacienda. Volveremos seguro sin pensarlo. Un saludo. Das Haus ist mega schön. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sprechen spanisch.Auto ist notwendig. Der nächste Ort Los Palasius ist mittags wie ausgestorben, Mittagessen Fehlanzeige. Abends ab 21.00 Uhr haben die Restaurants auf. Aber in utrera einem anderen Ort ist mittags was los und man kann essen gehen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier in diesem Haus genau richtig. Die Kapelle ist auch sehr schön.
