Bienvenido a nuestro retiro de 6 dormitorios y 5 baños en el lago Pend Oreille, ubicado en 4 acres que bordean el lago Pend Oreille. Las habitaciones incluyen la habitación principal del nivel principal con California King y tres habitaciones en la planta superior: una habitación principal en la planta superior con una cama King y su propio baño completo, una cama Queen y una habitación con dos literas (para cuatro niños o adultos más pequeños). Las habitaciones de la reina y las literas de arriba comparten un baño (no un Jack and Jill). Dos dormitorios adicionales abajo tienen cada uno una cama queen y una cama individual, y comparten su propio baño. Construido en 2000 por un diseñador de interiores, la casa es muy elegante, con pisos de concreto en el nivel principal, vigas de madera e iluminación de diseño. Decorado con gusto con ropa de cama de primera calidad, encontrará la casa relajada pero contemporánea. La casa viene con el uso de 3 kayaks y nuestra canoa. ¡Tenemos 118 pies de playa privada con un hermoso muelle, patio, caseta de botes para un fácil almacenamiento y una gran hoguera!

The hospitality Jordan showed us was wonderful! The house was perfect for our large group. The beds were comfortable, the activities fun (ping pong, games, puzzles) and the house clean and ready for guests. Bonus, as a food blogger cooking for 16, the kitchen was outfitted with everything I needed for success. The view of the lake and mountains was also stunning!! Such a great VRBO experience!

Perfect Lake Getaway for a Group – Beautiful Views & Private Dock!

We had a wonderful stay at Jordan’s home on Lake Pend Oreille! Jordan was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making everything easy and welcoming. The house is perfect for a large group, with plenty of space and everything we needed. The views of the lake are absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved having access to the private dock—it made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Lake Pend Oreille!

Beautiful home and location

This home is gorgeous and very nicely appointed. The beach is incredible. Loved all the outdoor loungers, chairs, rockers, kayaks, paddleboards, etc, as 90% of our trip was spent outdoors.

**ABSOLUTE PERFECTION**

We rented the house for my brothers 50th birthday. We had 4 families in total and there was plenty of room to spread out. Every amenity you might need was thought of. Even high end bedding and kitchen ware. Friendly dog, Daisy, came to visit each day and made the kids happy. Very relaxing private beach woth SUP boads, kayaks, bonfire, plenty of chairs. Jordan checked in and was very friendly, offering to bring us ice and firewood. Highly recommend!

Great for family vacation and relaxing!

This house was great for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone with a great room upstairs for kids to play and have their own space! Jordan is a wonderful host - very attentive and accommodating before and during our stay. Overall, the views from the deck, the lake with private beach/dock, and just the peaceful surroundings made for a memorable time together!

Fabulous family get-together location

Our annual family get-together found the perfect location. There were 11 of us and the house size was just what we needed. We spent most of our time on the lake with the paddle boards and kayaks and on the deck - especially looking at stars at night. We loved it!

Best lake stay EVER

This property, the owner (Jordan), and proximity to the lake are all superb. The house is very well equipped and there are loads of kayaks and paddle boards. Jordan provides the best welcome letter I’ve ever read and he is continuously available if anything arises. We will be back.

Lovely time in a lovely place.

Jordan's place suited our group perfectly. The house was well equipped and spacious. There are really good common spaces for our group to gather as well as a spacious kitchen. The sleeping spaces were well separated and comfortable. The deck was fabulous with great rocking chairs and a spectacular view of Lake Pend Oreille. The beach was very nice and the kayaking wonderful. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would gladly return.

Amazing Home and Owner!!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and were absolutely blown away! Jordan is the best owner I have ever worked with and communicated before, during, and after our visit. The home is absolutely perfect and the interior design is incredible. The views are unmatched in the area. We can't wait to return soon to this amazing home.

Wonderful Experience!

We had a fantastic time! Jordan was the best property manager I’ve ever worked with and his timely communication made planning our trip easy. There was plenty of space for a large group to spread out in the house. The amazing deck and beach were enjoyed by all. The paddle boards and kayaks were fun to use and with so many things to do, no one was ever bored. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful secluded retreat

Stayed here with my adult family - we mostly stayed in the house and hung out but also enjoyed walking around the area and skied one day at Schweitzer. We love it! Comfortably hosted 11 of us with extra space. Hope to be able to return in the summer sometime. Thank Jordan!

Family Memories created

This beautiful home has it all! Common areas for ALL family to gather and private areas to accommodate individual families with children. Evenings were spent star gazing, conversing, late night snacks and sitting on the dock enjoying the reflection of the moon shining on the water. Could not have asked for more!

Amazing Cabin on Lake Pend Oreille!

Our family had the best time at Jordan's gorgeous lake home. The view from the house is just spectacular and the home décor and layout is fun and different from anything we have seen while staying at a VRBO house. We absolutely loved the dock and super easy lake access. As well as, the additional paddle boards and kayak. Jordan was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again or any of Jordan's properties and hope so in the future!

An Absolute Delight

Relaxing, well-equipped, fun, cozy, spacious, and absolutely gorgeous lake getaway. Eleven family members for five days and we never felt crowded thanks to all the bedrooms, the giant kitchen and the stunning deck and outdoor space. On top of that, a fabulous lakefront beach and boathouse where we enjoyed the provided kayaks, the private dock and cooking s’mores in the fire pit. It was everything we hoped for and more. Jordan is an amazing host who feels like a friend and we are so grateful for this incredible home and the memories made there!

Beautiful home with a great view!

We stayed at this house for a family reunion. The house itself was well-appointed and perfect for our large group. The outside deck was great for family dinners, happy hour, and stargazing. There is a walk along a trail to get to the wonderful beach area, which is set up with a fire pit, dock, comfy chairs, and a table. My 80-year old mother was with us, and she appreciated the parking right across from the lakefront, so she didn't have to walk up and down the hill. The rest of us had no problem with the short walk down to the beach (and back up). The house is fantastic for a family trip!

Multi-family Getaway

Stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids ranging between 10-15) who are all friends from college who have since scattered. House worked very well for our group. We had a ton of fun swimming in the lake along with paddleboarding and kayaking. We rented a boat from Sandpoint and went skiing and tubing one day as well. Also did a bunch of other activities in the area including horseback riding and ziplining. Would recommend biking Route of the Hiawatha, which we did one day; it's a bit of a drive (about 2 to 2.5 hours from the house) but was really neat and unlike anything I had done before.As for the house, it was large enough to accommodate our group. The owner was very communicative and check-in/out was smooth. The only thing I would note was we had missed there was no air conditioning in the house. Not a huge problem as it generally cooled down at night, but we were there in late July and had some hot days into the low 90s. On those days, the house definitely stayed quite warm into the evening so if that matters to your group, be aware of it.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

We loved our stay in Sandpoint! Jordan was great to work with. The roads were snowy and icy when we arrived and he worked quickly to get a sand truck to make the driveway safer. The house is beautiful! The views of Lake Pend Oreille are amazing. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms had essentials and the kitchen was very well stocked. We traveled with ages 75-14. We all enjoyed the ping pong table! I took the path to the lake a couple of times and stopped by the little library on the way. Do not hesitate to book with Jordan.

Beautiful and very kid friendly!

This place is just as beautiful as in the pictures. The views are breathtaking and the house is perfect for larger groups. We had 8 adults and 7 kids under the age of 5. There is Plenty of space and thick walls so for the first time on vacation our toddlers/babies could nap in peace. The stairs actually have a decorative gate at the bottom that acted as a perfect baby gate and the basement had a closing door so we didn’t have to worry about kids falling down stairs. The ladder in the upstairs goes to an adorable little play nook my older kids loved. The beach is a bit of a hike away but that made it easier for us to not worry about kids going in the water. The beach is def rocky so bring water shoes. There is just enough wireless to allow you to check in with the real world every now and again but not enough for everyone to be hanging out on their phones, ideal! Kitchen is fully stocked and the basement and tv room upstairs give plenty of additional hangout space. Would highly suggest this place for larger families!

Big & Beautiful

We so enjoyed our family weekend at Jordan's property! We were celebrating my mother in laws 60th birthday, and it was the perfect place to gather with all of my husband's family for the occasion. We had 4 families with 8 adults and 5 small children, and there was plenty of room for all of the adults to have their own room, and a great bunk room and another room with two beds for all of the kids. Plus, every family had their own bathroom! The main floor with its huge kitchen, large mud room, living room, and dining room was so perfect for congregating together. The upstairs family room and play loft were great for the kids to spread out and play or watch cartoons. The views from the lake side of the house out of all of the gorgeous big windows were wonderful, as was the deck off the main floor. The beach area was a short walk/hike away. We thoroughly enjoyed Bumpy's Library along the path! All of the beach area amenities provided were wonderful, and the weather even got nice enough for us to pull out the kayaks and do some lake time with the kids. The provided life jackets were much appreciated as well! All in all, we had an amazing family weekend at this great Pond Oreille lake property! We would definitely consider renting again from Jordan!

Hello! I live in San Diego CA where I love to surf, golf, and enjoy the outdoors. I love outdoor recreating just as much in beautiful North Idaho and try to get up to Sandpoint a week or so a month. In Sandpoint I enjoy spending time on the lake swimming, kayaking, SUP, and wakesurfing. When not on the lake you might find me fly fishing nearby or riding my mountain bike up on Schweitzer!
