Situated behind high wooden gates and in stunning surroundings the villa comprises of a large open plan hallway that leads directly into the large bright living and dining area with sliding bi-fold doors that give direct access to a south facing terrace, the heated pool and gardens. PLEASE NOTE THAT POOL HEATING IS CHARGED AT A SUPPLEMENT. There is a very well-equipped kitchen, which also has access to the outside terrace and BBQ area.

Also, on the ground floor there are 2 double en-suite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and sliding patio doors to the terrace and pool.

The sweeping staircase rises majestically from the hallway to an upper, galleried lounge / TV area with amazing panoramic views through sliding patio doors, towards the bay of Lagos. Having passed through this area you enter the master bedroom suite with dressing area, large en-suite bathroom and sliding patio doors that lead to an upper terrace area and staircase to an amazing roof terrace with hot tub.

The Villa is air conditioned throughout for the warm summer nights and has a complete underfloor heating system making it an ideal residence for a winter let. Casa Azul is quite simply one of the finest villas in Lagos.

Charming Feline Companions

Around the outside of the house, you’ll find a few friendly resident cats that add a touch of warmth and character to the property. They do not go inside the villa.

These sociable and well-cared-for cats love lounging in sunny spots and are known for their gentle demeanor. They might greet you as you arrive or keep you company during a quiet moment outdoors. While they enjoy human attention, they’re perfectly happy to do their own thing, adding a delightful ambiance without being intrusive.
