Poor Apartment
Our flight was 4am and we arrived in Benidorm for 10am. We knew we couldn’t check in until 4pm. However, we was sat waiting around until 4:30 for someone to meet us. When we finally met someone they said they gave us the keys but said they needed until 5 to clean our room but once clean we could let ourselves in. We went to sit in a pub and decided to go back at 5:45! The cleaner was still in our room with her daughter and we was stood waiting around to get in. I rang the owner and explained this wasn’t good enough, the checkin was nearly 2 hours late! Her reply was these things happen it’s tough! She was very rude and had no time for me or solution she just said we would have to wait! When we finally got in the room it was very basic!!! No mirrors, no window in the bathroom (which led onto the corridors) just a metal grill so basically everyone seen is naked every-time we had a shower. The location was spot on, the cafe below was amazing, the people and pool. I just wouldn’t ever book an apartment with this woman again! Everyone that booked one with her (she has several) did nothing but say the same to us about how awful their room was and how they couldn’t check in until way after 4!
