The two-bedroom holiday retreat is a perfect accommodation choice for up to 6 guests with nicely furnished rooms, a modern bathroom, a wine cellar and more. The living room on the ground floor is spacious and has a comfy sofa, a TV, a dining area below the staircase and a kitchenette. In the basement, along with the cellar, there is a larger room with a new, nicely-equipped kitchen and a dining area by the fireplace to dine and socialize. Guests have access to a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge.

The mountain-view holiday house has a gorgeous location and is ideal for those looking to reconnect with nature and the simple ways of life. The house is well-equipped will all sorts of facilities and amenities for a memorable vacation. The town of Črnomelj is about 5 kilometers from the house. Here, guests can shop, dine and stock essential supplies from the supermarket. The surrounding area offers walking trails, cycling and an opportunity to feel refreshed by the river Kolpa in summer - the water reaches 25 degrees. Guests can also try fishing, hunting or clicking beautiful shots on a photo safari. Less than half an hour away from here, there is a Spa that offers a dip into the healing thermal water. In the winter months, there is a small ski resort with a ski school and cross-country skiing nearby.
