Ralston Bothy is a contemporary ground-floor cottage resting within the village of Newtyle near Coupar Angus, Scotland. Home to one double bedroom served by an en-suite shower, this cottage can sleep a total of two guests(adults only no children or infants). The interior is complete with a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is both an enclosed front garden and an enclosed back garden with a patio and a lawn featuring a hot tub. Off-road parking is available for one car. Ralston Bothy makes a wonderful setting for a romantic retreat to Scotland. Please note: electric car charging is not permitted at this property. Please Note: The maximum occupancy of this property is 2 adults only no children or infants Please Note: One well behaved dog is very welcome at this property, but please include them on the booking form so the owner can prepare the property for their comfort.

Electric oven with hob, microwave, slow cooker, under counter fridge (with ice box),washing machine, dishwasher, selection of books and games, New 32 inch smart TV and WiFi, CDs, radio. Electricity and gas inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Bike storage available on request. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed garden with lawn, decking and hot tub, apple orchard and BBQ on request. One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Dog not allowed on furniture or in bedroom area. Note: Additional cleaning charges may apply if there is evidence of dog/dog hair in the bedroom. Sorry, no smoking or vaping in or surrounding the property. Shop under 1 mile, tavern 2 miles.
