Holiday home for 2 people in Guaro, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Located 1.5 km from the town of Guaro and surrounded by orange, almond and olive trees, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a kitchen.
Keep in mind that the owners live on the top floor of the house, of which only the ground floor is rented. The house, porch and pool are private for clients.
The washing machine is located in the laundry room that is attached to the apartment and its use has a cost of € 5.
There is no light pollution, as the closest house is about 300 meters away.
Well water not chlorinated and slightly sulphurous due to the minerals in the area.
There is no air conditioning, but you don't really need it because of the coolness, not humidity, that it has in summer. It is a semi-basement.
In winter there is heating by plates.
Satellite TV, there are no Spanish channels, only international.
We have chrome cash and you can stream YouTube videos or Netflix movies to the TV by connecting to the property's WiFi. Which does not need code to access.
Parties or events of more than 2 people are not allowed.
We value the good use of the facilities and we always appreciate civility and good manners.
