We had a wonderful holiday at this villa. It had everything you needed & was a perfect place to relax. Its central location was perfect for trips - Alberobello & Lecce are definitely worth a visit. Erik was the perfect host. Thank you so much for our stay in your wonderful villa. 5 stars all round.

Very nice villa. Very well-quipped. Feels like you are staying in someone's home rather than a rental villa. A few steps indoors in unexpected places. Good air-con in bedrooms. Excellent pool and outdoor area. Very quiet location - feels quite remote but actually reasonably close to the town. The host (Eric) was very responsive and dealt with any issues quickly.

We loved the Villa! I don’t enjoy hotels so having my own space here was divine! The house is very homely, has all the bits and bobs you need, aircon in the rooms which was so needed for summer nights, and the pool area is fantastic. Eric was excellent in his communication.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Eric's villa. The outside is the star attraction - the pool is large and was lovely to cool off in, and there are a selection of places to sit and relax along with a barbeque right next to the dinner table.It is about a half hour walk into San Vito - a lovely little town with plenty going on and a good selection of bars and restaurants.The villa is very well equipped, externally with bikes, table tennis and a variety of games, and internally with all the facilities you could need.The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and have their own air conditioning units so easy to sleep in.Eric was very helpful when contacted and resolved any minor issues quickly, and the wine and card on arrival was a lovely gesture.We loved our time in Puglia and would have no hesitation in returning.

Absolutely brilliant. The house is beautiful. The pool is the biggest we have ever had. Wonderfully located, so many places to see with 30 min car drive. San Vito is a lovely town that is 3 mins drive. Eric was so helpful. 5 star rating!!!

Great Villa and Host

A well equipped Villa with great pool and fantastic location. We had a lovely week here, and especially enjoyed the use of the e-bikes for a quick ride to the shops. Eric was great responding to our questions really quickly.

Wonderful

Fabulous Villa, amazingly clean and very well kept, pool is huge and is brilliant for swimming as well as cooling down. Lots of seating areas to choose from with lots of shade options, the gardens are beautiful. The bikes are a great addition although I have to confess that despite all good intention we didn’t get to use them, it was a bit hot for cycling!Inside the house is well equipped, and very comfortable, The kitchen has everything you need and the bbq grill outside is excellent. The bedrooms are cool and very comfortable, the AC a welcome feature over night.The house is ideally situated for travelling around Puglia, the beaches nearby are good, (some better than others) but we used the beach clubs and at the time of our trip were not busy. Matera, Ostuni and Lecce are an easy drive.The host Erik, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, brilliant communications from booking to our departure/arriving home. The welcome gift of a bottle of wine and a card was a lovely thoughtful gesture.In short, loved every minute of our stay and we would hope to come back.

Lovely villa in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Eric’s villa. The pool area is wonderful, the kitchen well-equipped and the villa is perfectly situated to visit places of interest in Puglia. Electricity a little temperamental but not a problem. Would have appreciated a top sheet on the beds. All in all, a great stay

Villa parfaite pour un séjour dans les Pouilles

La villa est parfaite pour un séjour dans les Pouilles. Spacieuse, joliment décorée, très bien équipée. Rien ne manque dans la villa pour passer des vacances idéales en famille. La villa semble loin de tout alors qu'elle est à deux pas de la ville. Il y a de belles plages à proximité et les plus beaux sites incroyables des Pouilles. De bons restaurants (mention spéciale pour la Locanda di Nonna Mena). L'hôte est très réactif et veille à ce que le séjour se passe bien. Enfin, que des dires des extérieurs ? Juste que la piscine est sublime dans un cadre enchanteur.

Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven

Met zijn indrukwekkende oprijlaan, flinke binnen- en buitenruimte en grote zwembad is Villa Puglia Sogno een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Het huis was schoon en de bedden waren keurig opgemaakt. De 3 slaapkamers boven hebben airco. De keuken is compleet uitgerust en heeft een grote koelkast. Buiten en binnen is de Wifi hartstikke goed. De omgeving is rustig. Wel zijn er andere huizen in de buurt, maar op voldoende afstand. Buiten kun je heerlijk BBQ-en, basketballen, tafeltennissen en vooral genieten van het grote zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden. Tip is om de locatie te bereiken via ‘Via Mare’, dan vlak voor of na de rotonde het weggetje in met het bordje ‘Villa Puglia Sogno’. Verder is de eigenaar, Eric, goed bereikbaar.

Lovely house in calm area

Very nice house with a great pool. Three bed room with aircon, full kitchen, big garden. The area is quiet with about 3 km to the nearest town. A car is recommended. San Vito dei Normanni is a very local town with few turists, if you like this. We can only recommend to stay in Villa Puglia Sogno.

Beautiful villa in a lovely part of Italy

We all loved the villa and were very sad to leave. We were very lucky with the weather 33 in the day and 23 at night so the pool got the most use, we spent many a happy hour cooling off in the pool and playing ball. We had a short ride on the electric bikes, just up the lane near the house and we definitely would have used them more if it had been cooler. The villa is more spacious than it looks on the photos and there was plenty of space for 5 adults. The outdoor area is huge with lots of different seating areas. My favourite part of the villa was it's character and that it had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The villa is in an ideal position to discover Puglia. We visited Lecce (my favourtie) Ostuni, Alberobello (my husbands favourite), Brindisi and Polignino. The towns have such varied characters that we each had our own favourites. A special thank you to Eric who messaged us to tell us the England v Netherlands Euro 24 semi final was being shown in San Vito main square. It was a very enjoyable night and it was kind of Eric to think of us. I would love to return one day.

Awesome villa in magnificent setting.

We have just returned from the villa and we enjoyed every minute of our holiday. The villa exceeded all of our expectations and it seemed as though no detail had been overlooked. We spent a lot of time in the pool which is one of the largest we've ever had. The use of the e-bikes is such a great touch as there are many quiet country roads and trails around. Erik is the ultimate host who we can't praise enough, from his kind offer of early check in/late check out to considerate communications. I would recommend this villa to anyone!

Beautiful location

We spent 5 fabulous nights at this location. The location was quiet, close to local town for groceries, comfortable beds, in room air conditioning everything we need for a relaxing vacation. The outdoor space is amazing!

We were constantly supported by Eric who did everything to make our stay easier. The villa is in a quiet and strategic location to enjoy the area. The villa is well equipped and the swimming pool is fantastic. We will remember it for a long time

Nice house - great garden/pool area!

Overall it's a really nice home! It has a lot of charm and it's very clean. The pool area and the cactus garden are VERY nice !! The owner and manager are very quick to respond to requests. There's many amenities that we appreciated: ping pong table, bikes et basketball ring. The only thing that refrains us from giving it a 5* all around is the kitchen ( a bit dated) and the cooking heat sources. Neither the gaz stove top, the mini oven nor the outside grill were easy/efficient to use. But would definitely recommend if you don't feel like cooking much :-) The other ting to consider, for people with reduce mobility, there are many stairs in the house.

We are a Dutch couple with two adult-sons, that have just acquired this great property for our own use and for a few rentals per year (just to cover the cost, we are not about exploiting the property to the max).

We modernised it completely (feb22) , with new interior , furniture, beds, etc. and are still making more improvements to make it even nicer.

Location, Location, Location..... its close enough to walk to town but it feels secluded and private because its on a dead end road with no thru traffic. You can reach the beaches and highway access in 7 km and town is 1.5km to the main road.

You have all the comfort and privacy you wish for to stay at the casa, but you are close enough to all nice places, towns, beaches that Puglia has to offer.

we provide for a lot of extra benefits, free or charge. like the 2 mountainbikes and 2 electric bikes, a pingpong table, a basketbal hoop, but also free wifi, free netflix, viaplay for formule 1, and free canal+ . Just how we would like it ourselves.
