Ground Floor
This captivating holiday home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 200m2 space. White-washed walls, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. The Luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The Bespoke Home features two floors. On the ground floor you will find a captivating living-cum area with a smart 50’TV and fireplace, an exquisite fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a twin bedroom two single beds ( 0,90x2,00) that can be converted into a double upon request, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
First Floor
The stairs lead you to the second floor where our guests will find two bedrooms. One double bedroom, with King Size Bed (1,80 x 2,00) and breathtaking sea views, and another two bedroom with two single beds (0,90x2,00). Both have en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower. An additional bed can be added in this floor. The bedrooms enjoy amazing views or overlooking the natural surroundings. They are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. All bedrooms are fully equipped with high quality beds and mattresses, fitted wardrobes, led 32’TVs, wonderful balcony settings and include air conditioning. There are is a luxury bathroom featuring spacious bathtub and impeccable design. The villa also includes an alarm system to ensure guests’ safety.

External Living | Pool & Outdoor Facilities
Offering stunning views of the Ioanian Sea and providing a great outdoor living space, this luxurious holiday home is perfect for soaking up the spectacular scenery. The Luxury Residence is set in 250m2 outdoor area with a 35m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool and mesmerising sea views. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March
- Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
