Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a large L shaped terrace that has views of the marina and golf course. The apartment has it's own dedicated WiFi connection, air conditioning in all rooms and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The large terrace has plenty of furniture to choose from and has stunning views of the marina and coastline towards Estepona.

Location ideal with view of Marina. Very close to all amenities of the port. Large L-shaped balcony. Very noisy at the weekend. Would benefit from double glazing.

This property was exactly as it was described. The beaches were beautiful. Cafes were right next door. The apartment was spacious and the patio was very nice.

Great stay

Everything about it was excellent, only some minor concerns. If property above is occupied it can be very noisy. Also a little more maintenance required as we detailed in our leaving notes.

We loved our stay in this very spacious apartment.

This apartment was perfectly located, spotlessly clean and very spacious. We would have liked better relaxing lounge chairs outside with a small table for drinks and snacks. Also the lounge sofas could benefit from throws that could be cleaned as there were stains on both sofas due to sun-creams from previous guests.

Excellent location.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The wrap around balcony gave such great views of marina and hills.Only due to the weather being uncharacteristically cold and wet while we where there, a SKY Box/similar would have been good to be able to watch TVwhen couldnt go out.At least one full length mirror in the apartment and mirrors in the bedrooms wouldve been good.

This apartment has very easy access to parking and the port, being close to the lift. We had one issue with the mattress which, when we asked about it, was very quickly sorted. No improvement needed. The Duquesa Estates staff are all so helpful.

Location of apartment Balcony. Compared to other aparts in complex at the price this was very basic . Couches bit shabby with arm on one broken. Ware in kitchen , utensils, all very basic, lack of mirrors other than bathroom. Round table on balcony very grubby

Beautiful view of Marina and park. Loved the big balcony. Very noisy Friday to Sunday from bar on corner but you can’t stop the noise. Maybe a welcome pack on arrival with basics like bread, butter, orange juice and milk included besides the water and tea/coffee sachets that were there on arrival.

Excellent accommodation! The location was excellent, especially with a teenager in tow. We were able to go out in the evening and he was able to go back to the apartment when he'd had enough. The view from the balcony made you feel glad to be alive. The apartment was spacious and homely. The actual apartment block is like a maze, but we did have quite a laugh getting our bearings. The pool areas were lovely and close enough to the sea, so we were able to run from our sunbed by the pool and take a dip in the sea! The apartment had everything at hand. There was nothing I felt I needed as it was home from home. The bed was crazy hard. Both my husband and I woke up like robots every morning. A new mattress is definitely needed in the master room. That's coming from a 34 year old.

A little dated but worth it for the view.

Thank you for your service Duquesa Estates. Simple and straightforward as usual. Know what you’re getting for your money. We’ll be back. , including soft furnishings and kitchen equipment which was very dated and limited. Ok as we were in apartment very little but if we were staying longer it might’ve been an issue.

Superb location

The location of this apartment was superb . The views are outstanding and the pools ideal. The apartment was spacious and clean. If there was a downside it’s the noise on the balcony at night from the port but this is only to be expected from the central location. Wonderful bars and restaurants in the port . We would use this apartment again ️
