Excellent acommodation for four people in Estepona.

Excellent accommodation that met all of our expectations. Very well equipped for four people with very new furniture and appliances. Spectacular views from the large terrace and very well located near the Marina area and with direct access from the urbanization to the charming Playa del Cristo (fine sand, family friendly and with all services). Wonderful to have fans and air conditioning because it was a very hot few days. The urbanization was very quiet with very respectful neighbors. We are also very grateful to Andy for his recommendations to enjoy Estepona and for the welcome pack as well as to the person who received us upon arrival. Estepona is a charming destination, with a family atmosphere and many restaurants of all kinds. To try the typical gastronomy, I would recommend La Escollera, in the fishing port, and El Palangre, in the town.

Wonderful place !!!

Owners, Andy and Beata, were very nice and helpful, perfect location, the flat was very well equipped and very clean. We felt at home, all commodities were available in the place. No doubt it is a place to go again and to recommend. I wish all the places I have been to would have been half as good as this flat. Very nice sea views from the big terrace, very convenient location to access the beach and the town centre.

The apartment was perfect for our requirements with plenty of places to eat and drink within a close walking distance and the old town not far to walk along the beautiful promenade. There was a gorgeous beach within a few minutes walk with sunbeds to rent and perfect for swimming. The communication with the owner and host was excellent and recommendations for the local area of great help. The apartment terrace has lots of space to enjoy the afternoon sun and relax looking at the beautiful view. There were plenty of toiletries and cleaning products provided which was much appreciated. We would recommend this apartment and would love to be able to stay there again.

We loved our stay in Estepona. The apartment was well placed near a lovely quiet beach and a short walk to the marina. The sea view was lovely and the pool area was clean and well tended. Our rooms were clean and were comfortable. Only downside was we only had the sun on the terrace for a few hours due to the buildings on either side. However , it really didn’t matter as we spent our time at the pool or the beach which was right in front of the apartment buildings. Communication with the owner was excellent so we would recommend this apartment for your Estepona stay.

Mooi appartement in een prachtig complex. De ligging is perfect met alles (restaurantjes, haven, boulevard, zee, winkels, sport/padel-complex, marktjes, etc.) op loopafstand. We hebben vier weken heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf in het fijne appartement met complete inventaris én prachtig groot balkon.Houd wel rekening met het feit dat in het najaar de zon pas 's middags het balkon bereikt en dat het appartement in de ochtend wat donker is.Aandachtpuntje: de huiskamerbank zit niet echt lekker! (eig. echt niet lekker!) - verder prima service door Sue!Al met al ... een aanrader!

Month stay

The stay is in a good location, near the sea, the harbor, shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable in terms of layout, a great kitchen, 2 good bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bath, 2 bedrooms, of which we used 1. Furthermore, a large balcony with various furniture. All windows and outside doors have roller shutters which dampens the street noise. Other supplies for the beach and other daily necessities are also available. The parking garage under the complex is spacious. However, the sofa was not comfortable and the double mattress needs to be replaced. The balcony needs to be cleaned regularly because pigeons and other birds left their droppings behind. Overall, we spent an excellent month in the apartment.

Great apartment, clean and comfortable

We couldn’t fault the apartment, and was as described. Communication was smooth and easy, we were met by Chris on arrival who showed us to our parking spot in the garage and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable beds, good and quiet air conditioning, plenty of kitchen equipment, basic condiments, and with cleaning supplies left for us to use in the week. We appreciated the provisions for our arrival so we didn’t need to rush out to the shops, including bread, water, wine! Thank you. The terrace with sea view we spent lots of time on, larger than expected, fully furnished, with the added bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas which we borrowed when heading to the beach, literally 2 mins walk from the back of the property. Easy 5 min walk to the harbour, restaurants and Sunday market and about 15/20 mins walk into the centre of Estapona along the seafront promenade. Many thanks, we had a wonderful holiday.

Entspannung pur

Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir gespürt, dass der Gast mit seinen Bedürfnissen im Mittelpunkt steht. Besonders angenehm war das freundliche Willkommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Weiteres Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit!

Wonderful apartment.

Husband and I had a fabulous 10 nights stay in this apartment. On arrival, we were met by Chris who explained everything to us and made us feel very welcome, Literally everything in the apartment is catered for from the welcome goodies which included beer, wine, bread, milk, butter, water and more, to store cupboard items and all cleaning materials. Lovely comfortable beds. Very big terrace with good furniture. The beautiful Cristo beach is minutes away. The town is an easy 35 to 40 minute stroll away, lots and lots of fab places to eat. Communication with the owner Andy was very good indeed, helpful and replied to questions quickly. In a nutshell……Would I book again…..YES. Would I recommend this apartment…YES.

Great stay in a great location

Had an excellent stay in a perfect property. The property had everything we needed and was as described. The outdoor terrace was the real selling point for us and was perfect for our stay. The property was well located with amenities nearby and a lovely walk along the seafront to reach an abundance of great restaurants. Estepona was a lovely place to walk around with lots to see. Property also had underground secure parking which was great for our hire car. Will very likely be back again. Only thing that could have been a bit better was the WIFI which was fairly slow, but got good 4G & 5G reception on mobiles, so not a big issue. Overall this was great place to stay and would highly recommend

A fantastic family apartment

It was our first time taking the children abroad, with one child having additional needs, and this apartment was perfect for our needs. It has a home from home feel to it. The apartment was very clean and well looked after. The terrace was a huge plus as it's so big and perfect for alfresco dining. The pool area was perfect and quiet. My children loved it so much they want to come back again! Andy was very helpful and great with communication.

Great apartment

This is a great little apartment just a stones throw from the beach with 2 lovely restaurants and is just a short walk to Estapona Port. Estapona old town is only a 15 minute stroll away. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean with lovely new bathrooms and kitchen. The terrace is huge and looks out to sea. We will definitely be back!

Estepona Apartment

Great space with fantastic views and so close to the Marina made it the perfect stay for us. The apartment was clean with a great welcoming pack on arrival and it made for the perfect start to our holiday. When we did have a slight issue (dead gull on the terrace in the next apartment along) it was dealt with immediately. We will definitely stay again.

Apartment in Estopona

Great apartment in an ideal location just yards from the great beach El Cristo and a short stroll to the marina and old town. Apartment was well equipped had everything you needed and the cleanliness was really good and the sun terrace was fantastic and got the sun all afternoon. Communication with owner, Sue was good and Chris showed us round the apartment and explained everything to us. The owner also left a welcome pack of all the essentials you need when you first arrive including wine which was very much appreciated and he also supplied us with information regarding the area and restaurants. We had an absolute fantastic holiday and look forward to going again in the near future.

Great stay

An excellent apartment with one or two small problems. Communication with manager very good. Description accurate although the swimming pool was closed despite being told that it would be open. Excellent kitchen provision and very nice welcome pack including wine and beer! One small problem was towards the end of our stay we became aware of an unpleasant odour in the second shower room smelling like a drain. This was rapidly dealt with but recurred by the following day. This should be sorted as we suspect that it might be a recurrent problem

Suberb, relaxing and peaceful stay

A very beautiful apartment well located behind the magnificent marina of Estepona close to all services. The apartment is very well equipped and you will find a large and beautiful terrace to enjoy the sea air and the sun. You will find good restaurants near the marinas and the center of Estepona accessible on foot via a promenade along the ocean. Communication is very easy with Andy the owner and on site with Sue who manages the apartment and helps you with any small difficulties you may encounter.

Great winter break

The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very convenient for the marina and stroll along the excellent prom to the old town. The real plus is the very large terrace.

Had a lovely 5 week stay in Estepona. Check in easy, met with Chris who showed us around the apartment. Lovely apartment close to Marina with many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Historic quarter within easy walking distance. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Terrace is beautiful with views over the sea. Welcome pack with water/ tea/bread etc much appreciated. Good communication with Andy. Many thanks :)

Wonderful as it says on the tin!

It was a wonderful property Andy had thought of absolutely everything! Amazing welcome pack and everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. Spotlessly clean could not fault a thing. Great location short walk to shops, Marina where there are plenty of restaurants and bars and a nice easy walk to the beautiful old town an absolute must go to. 5 mins to the beach very secure and can’t recommend enough We were delayed for 6 hours and Andy and Sue were readily available and accommodated every thing. We hope to return if you will have us Alison and Brian
