Your 5 bedroom mountain home away from home- This 3 year old home is a unique and rare find in the Park City Area. New construction in 2018 and the owner has decorated it with a mountain contemporary flair that leaves guests feeling comfortable with all of the amenities they are looking for on vacation, and at home. Guests will enjoy the beautiful ski and mountain inspired artwork that hangs from nearly every wall in the house.

Sleeps 14 guests in 2 master bedrooms and 3 other large bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite with large closets or walk in closets. The 5th bedroom has 6 custom built bunk beds with an adjoining full bathroom.

The downstairs, ground level floor, features a large 2 car garage. It also has a separate family room with flat screen TV and 4 electric reclining theater seats. The theater room walls are adorned with movie posters of some of the most famous movies filmed in the state of Utah. Several board games and card games are provided in the downstairs family room. Just through the glass sliding doors in the downstairs family room guests can step outside into the brand new Hot Springs Spa hot tub that seats at least 8, and features color changing ambient lighting.

When guests walk into this spacious and sun-filled home, they are immediately greeted by the beautiful mountain views through the living room windows that sweep from Deer Valley Resort, to Park City and all the way to the Canyons Resort. On the deck guests can cook out on the gas grill that is provided and in the warmer months lounge on the outdoor furniture while soaking in the mountain views. The main floor has one of two master bedrooms, a half bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and vaulted ceiling family room complete with a flat screen tv and beautiful modern gas fireplace. The master bathroom features a jetted whirlpool tub, and a large steam shower with two shower heads, custom stone and tilework, and a bench to relax while taking a steam. Both master bedrooms on this level feature amazing views while laying in bed of both Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Reservor. There is no better view to wake up too then this one.

Also on this level is the main living area with vaulted ceilings. This open concept living area consists of a kitchen with bar seating, a small casual sitting area, a living room with gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV, a reading nook, and a dining room table that seats at least 8. This gathering area is the perfect space to make lasting memories with your family and friends.

House is located 12 minutes from Park City Base.

Beautiful home, amazing stay

We had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous home, although we experienced a couple of hiccups during check in because I didn’t get the host’s message with detailed check in info until after I had initially gone to the wrong location. So advice #1, make sure you wait for specific check in directions. Also, the owner has two vehicles stored in the garage, so there is no garage parking available, which we didn’t realize until checking in. Since it was snowing and icy during our stay, this made a difference, and we had to buy an ice scraper and alott extra time to de-ice the vehicles in the morning. I don’t think the listing specified this, so just a heads up. There was enough driveway space to park 4 cars. The house is beautiful and spacious, but we didn’t realize there were two Nest thermostats, and tried to warm the entire house using the downstairs thermostat. This resulted in the downstairs being very warm and the upstairs being cold, until we realized there was a separate upstairs thermostat. There are also two gas fireplaces upstairs. House was very clean and well-appointed and had everything we needed. Christmas trees and holiday decorations were still up (in February), but we enjoyed the festiveness this brought to the wintery backdrop. And speaking of scenery, the surrounding landscape is gorgeous, with views of the nearby lake and deer valley ski runs. We even saw deer grazing right outside our windows. Overall, terrific stay, perfect for our 3 family ski trip!

Hidden Gem

This property is a hidden gem. We traveled as three families with children between the ages of 6 and 17 and everyone had a wonderful time. There was ample space, the property was spotlessly clean and the best part is that the rental had all of the creature comforts of home (kitchen supplies, bath products, etc.). I have never understood why VRBO owners would skimp on paper towels, hand soap and other small touches when it improves the rental experience so dramatically. This owner invests in those small touches and it makes a huge difference. We skied at Deer Valley while we were there and it was a 15 minute drive to put in at Jordanelle. The property owner responded to every text promptly. I recommend this property without reservation and will definitely be back.

This was one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at. You couldn’t ask for anything more. Centrally located to all fun things to do in the Park City area. Beautiful views. Super comfortable to relax in. Highly recommend!

Winter vacation with Family

We have previously stayed at this location and really enjoy the layout and location of the Property. The views are great. The house is spacious and provides two separate "living areas" --one upstairs and one downstairs. We like being outside the hustle/bustle of PC but close enough to reach ski lifts within 20 minutes.

Large and Spacious - great for groups!

Great house - spacious and comfortable. A little further out than we thought - but not a big deal! We used the house as our “base camp” and then skied 4 different resorts around SLC.

Family Ski Vacation

Property was clean, well-stocked, large and provided great views. I was initially a little dubious of its proximate to PC ski lifts but that was not a problem and only took us 15-20 minutes to leave us and park at PC. House has bedrooms on two floors, with a master on both floors and bunk room as one of bedrooms down stairs. The four kids really enjoyed the ability to stay in the same room. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids.

Gorgeous Hideout Escape

The property is stunning with views that will take your breath away. This place is perfect for large families and is only a short drive from Main Street. If quiet and secluded is what you are looking for, this property is perfect. Call the owner directly for more details about the property. VRBO customer service can have long wait times and delayed response. Calling the owner is your best bet.

Great House

Awesome house, incredible views, great for a ski trip with a group of friends. Easy 20min drive to Park City. The owners were a little particular about who they rented to, not to move the furniture, etc but overall it was an awesome house and trip. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful with beautiful views. We were a group of 9 adults (3 couples and 3 singles) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The neighborhood to get to the house is a very nice neighborhood. Easy to get to even in the winter when there’s lots of snow. No super steep driveways to go up. Plenty of amenities in the house. There are six bunk beds in one room, and they are a bit small. They are fine for children or small adults under 6’ tall. There are no tv’s in the bedrooms, but wasn’t a big deal to us. You could still watch tv in the living room area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again!

Beautiful home with stunning views.

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely home. The home is beautiful and was very clean. The views are stunning and we loved the walking trails all around this new neighborhood. It is a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley and it was always so nice to come back to this property after our day of outings. We would highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home with incredible view and privacy

Wonderful house in a very private area with a gorgeous view overlooking lake and mountains. Easy 12 minute drive to slopes. I asked all the family to help review and they answered: Inviting Fireplace, awesome shower--best ever, house nice and new with great view, wonderful hot tub,relaxing, open floor plan, friendly and responsive owner, warm and big garage for car, comfy furniture,large dining table with comfortable chairs, nice outdoor patio area with great grill, helpful book of recommendations for delivery options and restaurants, video room with lots of games, and I think everyone enjoyed getting away from crowds and busy town after skiing and eating....just a great place to relax! Kitchen well equipped...cooked dinner one night and breakfast every morning! Recommend this home highly!

Family ski trip to Park City

Very new and modern home, with all the upgraded amenities. Views are spectacular. Great communication with the owner. Great convenience to ski at Deer Valley with usage of the Jordanelle Gondola access. Absolutely recommend and will stay there again.

Beautiful Mountain House

This house is gorgeous! So clean, the views are to die for and the owner is so helpful. It had everything we needed. We loved it! Only issue is, ride share services took a little bit to respond to requests during bad weather, due to not wanting to drive up the mountain. Worth it though!

First Class Accomodations

This mountain home and its owner are absolutely amazing. My wife and I couldn't have had a better experience. We stayed for a week in July and loved it so much we went back for a second week in September. The home itself is ideally situated and beautifully appointed. It can very comfortably accommodate up to 2 families or total of 10 people. It is chalk full of high end upgrades - Viking Appliances, Hansgrohe Kitchen and Bath Fixtures, High Definition Projection Video and High Fidelity Audio in movie room, Top of the Line Furniture, and countless others. Lastly, we loved its location. It sits just outside of downtown Park City (A very easy one road 5 to 10 minute drive), which provided us the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. As much as we loved spending time in town, we really appreciated the tranquility of getting just outside of it when we wanted to. All in all, we love this property and plan to visit it over and over again in the coming years.
