This modern 4,600 sq ft home is as crisp and clean as the mountain air, offering a luxurious and fun-filled retreat for relaxation, adventure, and everything in between. Imagine watching the sunset over the mountains from your private deck.

Designed for large groups, family gatherings, and retreats, you'll find ample space to connect and unwind across our thoughtfully appointed living areas.

The home is conveniently located 20 minutes from the Provo Shopping Center and 25 minutes from the Provo Train & Bus Stations. The Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately 50 miles away.

Important Information:

Please read the following policies carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

* Parking: Parking is strictly limited to 6 vehicles on the property. Street parking is not permitted. Loading/unloading is limited to 15 minutes. Additional parking is available 0.7 miles away at Walmart.

* Guests & Events: Nightly pricing covers up to 28 guests. Any additional day-use or overnight guests will be charged $50 per person, per day. The absolute maximum occupancy is 40 guests. Events with over 20 guests require pre-approval. No weddings or large gatherings are permitted.

Amenities & Maintenance:

- The ice maker is unavailable for guest use due to previous damage to our home.
- Propane for the gas grill is not provided. Guests may bring their own or refill available tanks in town.
- For your convenience, we provide linens, blankets, and pillows for all beds. However, the top bunk beds are not pre-made. This service is available for a $100 fee with 48-hour notice.

* Security: For your security, a single camera is located above the garage, monitoring the exterior and driveway.
