Condominium do Mar is a superbly located complex only a few hundred meters from the Meia Praia beach and the Marina de Lagos. The complex offers a lovely pool area, with a small crazy golf area, a childrens play area and a lovely restaurant on site called A Matilde. This apartment is ideal for anyone looking to be close to the Marina de Lagos, town and beach.

The apartment is on the lower second ground floor, from its ground floor position you are able to park in front of your apartment. The terrace has its own built in BBQ and outside table and chairs for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner with all day sun shine, there is a Dutch blind that rolls out for shade.

The apartment enters into a hall way with a door in front that leads into the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. From the kitchen there is an open breakfast bar that looks through to the lounge.
The living area is a lovely open plan space with a dining table and 4 chairs a sofa and TV and a DVD / CD player, Wi-Fi and there is air-conditioning from here there are patio doors leading out to the terrace.

There are 2 communal pools on this complex, a large pool and a childrens pool, there is also a small crazy golf area, childrens play area and a restaurant for you to enjoy, there is also wifi in the reception area (only available during allocated times during the day)

There are 2 ways to gain access to this apartment you can walk from the reception area past the pool and then down 2 flights of stairs to the front door or if you have a car you can drive to the front of the terrace and gain entry through the lockable sliding door of the master bedroom.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away and offers a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianized streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
