Ground floor apartment in a villa with garden with grass trees and Mediterranean direct access to the sea very scenic view of the islands of Tavolara and Capo Figari Figarolo and shaded parking comfortable well appointed all with sea view shower room with kitchenette dining area and living large covered barbecue in the garden fridge-freezer washing machine satellite TV.
From this house called VILLA DOLPHIN can 'happen to spot dolphins and observe the changes while the islet of rock a few meters from the garden often stopping in gulls and cormorants sometimes coots.Linen is not included and can be rented separately as long as requested at the time of booking or well in advance of the start of the holiday. The price for renting linen (sheets and towels) is €18 per person for each set supplied. The tourist tax is 4,00€ per person per night. Children under 12 are exempt
