Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Special place!

What a great apartment! It is in a great location of Old Town Rovinj. It has a very comfortable living area to relax and read or watch tv. We had a request for the owner of the apartment and they responded immediately. It is nicely furnished and not far from the main gate of Old Town. Highly recommend!

The apartment is well located in the middle of the old town. Easy to walk around the entire old town area, plenty of local restaurants, shops and activities. Igor and his assistants provided quick and courteous responses. Highly recommend this apartment while in Rovinj!

Glorious residence!

We enjoyed our stay in Rovinj so much. We were right in the middle of everything. The room was modern and so comfortable from the bedroom to the living room and kitchen. Alessia was super helpful setting us arrival help by providing a parking suggestion and pick up from lot to apartment was seamless. Highly recommend booking this place.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kastela… days trips to destinations in the Istrian peninsula were special!! Long walks to Mulini Beach let us experience the local flavor of Rovinj….Groznan was high on our list!!!

We loved our stay at Igor’s apartment in Rovinj. It is in the heart of the old town, the beautiful cobblestoned alleyways are right outside the door, with excellent restaurants and shops very close. Special place!

I had a wonderful stay at Igor’s apartment in Rovinj. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town, and the apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-kept. A big thank-you to Igor for his warm hospitality — I was even able to check in early without any extra fee, which made things so much easier for me. Alessia, who welcomed me at check-in, was absolutely super: friendly, professional, and very helpful. She also organized a private transfer to Ljubljana for my next leg of travel, which I really appreciated. Both Igor and Alessia are truly super hosts — kind, attentive, and dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly. Altogether, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Rovinj.

Great location on Rovinj, a beautiful place to walk around, so many restaurants and bars. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need to cook, wash clothes. Nice bed and big comfortable couch. Kettle doesn't work well though - suggest this be replaced. Plenty of different ways to make coffee though.

We loved Igors place. The location was perfect located very close to the beautiful harbor and in a mixed neighborhood with many quaint artists shops and little restaurants. We loved the fireplace, Alexa and comfortable bed. We would stay here again
