Modern and luxury villa Rovigno Ultimo with pool is located in the village of Rovinj, in a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery. It is only a few kilometers from the beach and to the charming old town. Moreover, from here you can easily explore the Istrian inland with medieval hilltop old towns and even easier enjoy the coastal side of Istria and enjoy the turquoise Adriatic Sea.This contemporary holiday villa features a luxurious interior and grandiose exterior. The villa extends on 2 floors, wherefrom each of them you can enjoy stunning panoramic views. Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide a lot of natural light. The villa is fully air-conditioned. In addition, Wi-Fi is available in all areas inside and outside of the villa.The ground floor consists of a big kitchen, a formal dining table, and a living room. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a king-size bed. The other 3 spacious bedrooms are on the upper floor.Outside of the villa, you will find a large dining table for 10 people, located in deep shade. Man kann am Pool die Ruhe genießen und ist dennoch in 5 Minuten in dem schönen Städtchen Rovinj, wo es tolle Restaurants gibt und der Tourismus pulsiert. Die freundlichen Gastgeber stehen bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung stellen und das Haus ist picobello sauber.

This place is an absolute getaway if you want to spend time with your family or your friends. Located in a peaceful village surrounded by beautiful Istrian greenery and in very close vicinity of Rovinj. There is a pool in the property but the beaches are only in 10-15 driving distance.

Perfect

The house has everything needed, and it really feels like your second home. Sitting outside in the evening in the garden, looking at the clear Adriatic sky and feel the warm breeze and listening to quiet voices of the nature and village is really priceless. I think the place is perfect.

Piece of paradise

We wanted a private quiet to get away from everything for a week and this house did not disappoint. Such a beautiful location close enough to dip your toe in if you want something more to do but far enough away to feel completely relaxed. The house has everything you could need for a self-catering holiday including a beautifully maintained pool. We both travel an awful lot with work and because we like to see new things and this is by far and away the most relaxing holiday we have had in a long time. The host is just lovely and is so unbelievably helpful. It’s a tiny piece of paradise.

Wir wohnten 7 Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus nah Rovinj. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend und die Sauberkeit würden wir besonders hervorheben. Bis in die letzte Ecke war alles blitzblank. Gute Ausstattung und ganz toller Außenbereich! An dem Pool kann man den ganzen Tag entspannen!

Everything was amazing

Thank you for everything! The villa was beautiful and also the outside space. We had a very relaxing time and found it to be so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for the recommendations - they helped us a lot. The village is lovely and everything was close by so didn’t have to do much travelling.
