Newly refurbished apartment is perfect choice for your visit with excellent location!

The space
Apartment is 50 sqm big and consist of kitchenette, two bedrooms, dining and living area and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchenette provides everything you will need to cook such as refrigerator, electric kettle, stove and cutlery.One bedroom has single bed and another one double bed. 4th guest can sleep on convertible sofa in living area.
Apartment also has private, furnished balcony with partial sea view.
Apartment compromise free WiFi, free parking.
Old city is 1,5 km away and its short walk, approx 15-20 minutes.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

The place was decent size, clean, nice balcony to rest in, met our needs, owner was helpful, location was good, far enough from the crowds, but not too far to make a daily taxi too cost prohibitive.

Great stay for a group of three friends. The local beach was easy to access, short walk to the old town and to the port. A few restaurants close by to eat at and a shop right next door for the essentials.

Great host and walkable beautiful beach to swim in. 25 minutes away from old town by foot which meant it wasn’t crazy busy with tourists which is what I wanted. %100 recommended.

Location is very good, small wild beach 5 minutes away, commercial beach 20 minutes away and old town 17 minutes away. Just great value for what you get at an expensive time during summer, Martina was very welcoming.

Dubrovnik was great. Music Apartment left much to be desired.

the location was good, quiet, easy enough to find. small market right on the corner. Nice to have a wash machine for laundry, but with no dryer it took over a full day for hung clothes to dry.

Major-league holiday!

we had a fantastic stay in the Music House in Dubrovnik. The communication was excellent throughout and they were superhelpful. Nothing is to much trouble, staying up late to greet us and making sure we got into the apartment OK and finding us an an adaptor when she bumped into us shopping. I would 💯% recommend this apartment and host to anyone.

Extraordinary journey!

Strand Bellevue ist sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man sollte jedoch schon ab 11 Uhr Vormittags dort sein, da es ansonsten nurmehr schwer einen Platz gibt. Am Besten auch einen Sonnenschirm mitbringen. Das Apartment liegt gegenüber der Hausnummer 7 in einer Seitengasse. Dies wird aber sehr gut beschrieben den den Check-In Unterlagen. Nebenan des Apartments gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bankomat und Bäckerei. In die Altstadt gelangt man zu Fuß in ca. 20min oder man nimmt den Bus (Linie 4) - Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür. Wir wurden in der Unterkunft sehr freundlich von einer älteren Frau begrüßt, welche im Untergeschoss zu wohnen scheint. Sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. WIFI Verbindung könnte etwas besser sein und 3 Steckdosen waren aus der Wand draußen, was etwas gefährlich ist. Eine TOP Unterkunft. Kann ich nur empfehlen 👍

Apartament jasny, przestronny i bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany - w połowie między Starym Miastem a półwyspem Lapad :) Niedaleko jest przystanek i mały sklep (chociaż drogi). Miejsce bardzo czyste. Idealne dla 3 osób. Bardzo ładna, nowoczesna łazienka! Do apartamentu trzeba wejść po kręconych stopniach na 2 piętro - jeśli ktoś ma problem z poruszaniem się, to będzie problem. Na plus: -3 oddzielne pokoje -lokalizacja -czystość -system zostawiania kluczyka w skrzynce -rolety w oknach -suszarka do włosów i ubrań -pralka (chociaż bez chemii) -wystrój i przestronność -pojemne szafy (przydałoby się kilka dodatkowych wieszaków) -wifi -klimatyzacja (w pokoju dziennym) i dodatkowy wiatrak -spokojne miejsce -wyposażenie kuchni: talerze, kubki, patelnia, garnek sitko, sztućce (chociaż za mało sztućców - 1 sztuka na osobę), fajny ekspres do kawy (chociaż bez filtrów); Na minus: właściwie nic, jedynie można byłoby dołożyć trochę wyposażenia Trochę mieliśmy problemów z dotarciem, bo realny adres ma numer 8, nie 7. Nie odczytałam maila z tą akurat informacją (był wysłany z innego adresu), poszliśmy pod numer 7 i zostaliśmy chamsko wyrzuceni. Niedaleko apartamentu jest pizzeria, która ma dobre ceny. Zejście do plaży Bellvue trudno znaleźć bo hotele zajęły część tej plaży i okłamały nas, że jeśli nie jesteśmy gośćmi, w ogóle nie można z tej plaży skorzystać (nie wierzcie im ;) )Trzeba po prostu przejść ul. Kotorską (ok. 7minut). Polecam!
