The beautiful Cascata Holiday Villa with a pool is surrounded by stunning, untouched green nature. The villa consists of two kitchens with living rooms, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and several terraces.
The villa spreads over three floors, connected by an external staircase. In the basement, there is an authentic Dalmatian tavern for gatherings. On the first and second floors, there are two separate residential units. In the garden by the pool, there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue. The living area of the house is 256 m2, while the outdoor area exceeds 700 m2.
The pool is seasonal and measures 28 m2. The house is fully equipped, with various amenities, a children's playground, and a playground for adults with a badminton court and a basketball hoop. There is parking for three cars on the property.
