Enjoy resting in this comfortable queen size bed with ergonomic Memory Foam pillows and a single bed available for a third guest(under petition). Other features and amenities include a kitchen, 50” Smart TV, reliable wifi, dotted bathroom (toilet paper and soap provided) and hot water. A wardrobe with iron for clothes, fan and the kitchen features a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and utensils.

A work desk is available as is a table on the balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you plan your day ahead.

You'll also discover coffee shops, co-working stations, VIVA Envigado shopping mall, Debora Arango Library-Park, Metro stations, bus service, restaurants and Envigado's main park only a few steps away.

There are also natural reserves where you can hike and enjoy the biodiversity of Envigado.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This Is a traditional neighborhood, known for its quiet area, security and surrounded of many trees. Also, has its own park full birds and squirrels: perfect to take a breath and keep in touch with nature. The neigborhood counts with variert of shops

Thanks to its strategic location, in the middle of Las Vegas Av. and El Poblado Av., you will have access to all bus routes, short distance to the Medellin Metro. El Poblado Park is only 30 minutes away by bus (0,6 USD) or by cab 15 minutes (4 USD).

Envigado's main park is within walking distance.

HOUSE RULES
1. Illegal substances are not allowed in building
2. After 10pm, Try to be less noisy, that includes TV and the stairs of the building (Respecting the sleep of others)
3. We're against Sexual Tourism
4. Another person in building that is not under the reservation is not permitted (It is for your own safety, others and the building)
5. You may have a guest with our prior consent. In case should you break the rule of no visitors and bring an extra person to stay the night in the apartment without our consent, we reserve the right to impose a fine of 100.000 pesos
6. Having parties or events is not allowed
7. Don’t slam doors
8.Lost key cost $50 USD
9. Unplug chargers and turn off unused lights
10. Shower time should not exceed 5 minutes, it helps the planet
11. Take care of all things in the space as if they were your own
12. Make a proper disposal of recycling and organics
13. During the day please do not turn on the lights. The loft has natural light
14. Smoke tobacco and others is not allowed
15. Close properly water taps
16. Delivery food must be recibed at the main door of the building.
