Situated on the second floor, the apartment is bright and welcoming.

The living room includes a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony with side sea views—ideal for unwinding.

The bathroom is equipped with a practical shower.

Schlaflos in Los Cristianos

Hallo, hier die Bewertung Ihrer Immobilie in Los Cristianos. Als erstes: ein großes Lob an den Fotografen. Die Wohnung wirkte auf den Fotos hervorragend. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns ein sehr freundlicher Mann zur Schlüsselübergabe, alles sehr unkompliziert. So weit, so gut. Die Koffer musste man allerdings erst einmal über eine Treppe in den ersten Stock schleppen, um sie dann mit dem Aufzug in die als „barrierefreie Immobilie“ angebotene Wohnung zu fahren. Das geht gar nicht! Was, wenn jemand gehbehindert ist? In der Wohnung angekommen, stellten wir fest: Sie ist kleiner, als erwartet. Ok. Sie ist aber auch weniger funktionell und weniger sauber, als erwartet. Nicht Ok! Kühlschrank, Küchenschränke, Geschirr sowie die Dekokissen im Wohn- und Schlafbereich benötigen dringend eine Grundreinigung. Die Vorhänge sind zu lang und liegen 20cm auf dem Boden, unhygienische Staubfänger. Die Matratzen waren dermaßen durchgelegen, dass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Durch die schlechte Durchlüftung fanden sich die ersten Tage immer wieder Staubläuse, die sich bekanntlich von Schimmel ernähren. Ekelhaft! Mein Tipp: Weniger unnütze Dekoration - mehr Hygiene und die Matratzen erneuern, dann könnte man seinen Urlaub eventuell genießen.

heerlijke locatie

fijn appartement, alles zoals beschreven in advertentie. wel wat werk aan de douchekop... voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar!
