The room was lovely and clean but the whole building was very tired. It had everything you would need for your stay. Great value for what we paid. Nice quiet area for this time of year. Host came to give us the keys and show us around.

We arrived in the evening on the Tuesday for a 9 week stay. The building is in a disgusting state of repair, with green netting stopping falling masonry. The communal areas were filthy and dark. To get to the apartment, you ran the gauntlet of dark and filthy and unkempt corridors and piles of masonry and rubbish. It was worse than a council block in the most deprived of areas. We knew immediately we couldnt stay and at great personal expnse we secured alternative accomudation for the next day. Afetr cancellation fees etc, we were charged equivalent of 10 days stay for the privilege of the one nights stay. Literally avoid like the plague as it feels like you could literally get that staying here
