Beautiful apartment on the first floor of a large chalet in a quiet area with a south-facing terrace with views of the mountains.<br>It is located in the heart of the village of Molines opposite the bakery, close to the shops, the tourist office, the kindergarten and the shuttle stop to go to the resort. Molines and St Veran are 6 km apart and share the same ski area.<br>Spacious living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 12 people / 3 bedrooms for 2 people and 1 dormitory with 6 single beds / 2 bathrooms / 1 fully equipped laundry room / 1 storage space for skis and boots.<br>Hiking start from the chalet, and near the river for swimming<br><br>The apartment is 120m² and the terrace 40m²<br>It has:<br>- a large living room with an open kitchen: pellet stove (pellets are not provided, as it is a pleasure heater - there is central heating)<br>- 3 bedrooms with 140 beds.<br>- 1 dormitory with 6 beds of 80, 2 of which are bunk<br>/!\ 2 bedrooms and the dormitory do not have windows facing the outside.
