From here you enter the living room with an open-plan kitchen, thoughtfully equipped and enriched by a dining area with a wooden table and a direct sea view. From the kitchen, a back veranda leads to the laundry area and barbecue.
A short staircase leads to the sleeping area, featuring two double bedrooms: the first elegant and bright, facing the pool and the horizon; the second, larger one, with an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom with shower completes the floor. Each space is designed to welcome light and create a balance between warmth and freshness, intimacy and openness to the landscape.

- The main veranda, adjacent to the living room, is the beating heart of the house: furnished with sofas, cozy seats, and a glass table, surrounded by greenery and flowers that make every moment vibrant and peaceful. Right beside it, the private panoramic pool overlooks the sea and is surrounded by a stone patio with loungers and an outdoor shower — a magical spot to enjoy at any time of the day.

Within a short walk, you can reach panoramic lookouts, and in just 5 minutes by car, the village center with restaurants, markets, and services.
