Double Room with Parc View

The Manor is an attractive mansion of the end of the XIXth century. It was built by a wealthy industrialist in the nice and prosperous time of the textile industry.

The Manor construction is » à la lyonnaise » : from the road, it’s a simple and discreet facade, not to impress the neibourhood. From the indoor it offers an exuberant and outstanding view through a large park with more than centenarians trees. Everything is there to admire the industrious city of Tarare.
It’s true than after the industrial period of blessed, Tarare was slowed down, but nowadays it completely reborns, thanks to new activities (such as Gerflor).

The Manor has its historic period. April 1943, the owner of the Manor, was the leader of the resistance (Albert Giron). By a beautiful morning while surrounded and gunned, he ran away quietly by the park and finished the war in the town.
We offer 4 guest rooms, as well as reception halls to party.
Theatrical atmosphere in our big house, situated in the suburbs of the city with a quite shadowy park and a pond with ducks.
Breakfasts are served in the dining room at our “table d’hôtes”.
Very easily to access by the highway A89, take the exit Tarare Center.
By car or by train, it takes 35 minutes to join Lyon for visiting the capital of the Gauls and the French gastronomy.

Ich war nun zum dritten Mal in dieser schönen Unterkunft zur Zwischenübernachtung in Richtung Provence. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Restaurants lassen keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit! A bientot

3 nachten verbleven. Locatie ligt aan de rand van het dorp/ stad en heeft aan de voorkant een mooie tuin en diverse kamers in een bijzondere decor style. We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen.

Beautifull manor house

Beautifull manor hous with peacocks and other animals in the garden. Nice hosts as well. If you are in the neigbourhood, this is a nice location to stay.

The most gorgeous decor and warm host!

Could not recommend this stay more highly. A beautiful home and beautifully decorated rooms. Felt like a sanctuary after a long day of driving! Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely make a stop here again!

Très bel endroit, original et authentique.

Passer une nuit dans un endroit si particulier et original n'est pas si courant. Ce manoir vaut par sa déco authentique, avec des chambres très confortables et chacunes décorées de façon différente, mais comme à l'époque. On y fait des beaux rêves... Celle dans la tour, où nous étions, est vraiment bien. Le manoir dispose en plus d'un jardin magnifique qui lui aussi est propice à la rêverie. Vous y rencontrerez un couple de pans à l'occasion. Mais ce n'est rien comparé à l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes, propriétaires du lieu, vraiment fort sympathiques, toujours au petits soins pour leurs clients de passage. Nous les remercions encore. Nous recommandons sans problème cette adresse, car ça vaut le coup. DS.
