About this property

Gulf of St Tropez French Riviera beautiful private villa,heated pool & air con

This self-catering house is offered with everything your holiday needs. A family party of 6 to 8 will be very comfortable; indeed there are bedrooms enough for 8 plus a cot (and high chair) There is a lovely master suite leading directly onto the pool terrace; two more double bedrooms with garden access and upstairs another double room with its own bathroom and beautiful wooded valley views.
All bedrooms rooms are air-conditioned and the pool is heated. A change of linen is offered at the end of each week. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the laundry room and an external drying line.
There is full broadband internet and a TV you can connect to via your HDMI cable. The gardens are enclosed and so children can play safely. The pool has a security cover so that under supervision, you can ensure they are not at risk.
The pool is serviced weekly and the gardens tended so as not to disturb your stay. There is an outside shower to rinse before and after a swim, or just refresh yourself on a hot day.
You may want to relax even more and so let us know early if you would like any more 'maid service', babysitters, boat, airport transport or taxi or restaurant bookings or a chef to prepare meals specially for you. These would be an extra, but can make such a difference!

Traditionele woning in mooie rustige omgeving. De inrichting is wat gedateerd maar dat hoort bij de charme van de woning.Het zwembad is geweldig met zwemwater van goede kwaliteit en temperatuur.De tuin wordt goed onderhouden maar de speeltoestellen voor kinderen zijn niet meer aanwezig. In de garage is echter veel kinderspeelgoed aanwezig.Het is ons ( 6 volwassen en 2 kinderen) daar prima bevallen.

Mooie omgeving, rust met veel vogels en wilde dieren zoals een Europese schildpad gezien! Mooi zwembad schoon de woning is ruim beetje kleine koelkast voor zoveel personen. Prettig contact ter plaatse !

Sehr hübsches, gepflegtes Haus mit schönen Details. Ringsum wird viel gebaut, aber dann auch viel Natur. Blick in grüne Berge auf allen Seiten. Ruhig! Dorfnähe und Küste in ca. 30 Min. erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Haus- u. Gartenbetreuung! Achtung bei der Einfahrt ins Gartentor: tiefliegende Fahrzeuge setzen auf hochstehenden Steinen auf! Poolheizung kostet ab Oktober zusätzlich!

Family and Friends Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in "Le petite vigne". Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Famillien mit Kind(ern). Es erscheint auf den Bildern etwas größer, aber ist absolut groß genug für uns gewesen. Im Mittelpunkt ganz klar der Pool, den unsere Jungs geliebt haben. Die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse laden ein zum Essen, trinken und lange, gesellige Abende/Nächte. Die Betreuung durch Sammy war exzellent. Die wenigen, kleineren Problemchen, die wir hatten (Poolbeleuchtung ging anfangs nicht, ein kurzweiliger Stromausfall im Master Bedroom, leere Gasflasche) wurden umgehend behoben. Ruhige Lage und dennoch kurze Wege zu Supermarkt, Städte und Strände. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein tolles Haus in wunderbarer Natur

Wir ( acht Personen) haben zwei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht . Der Empfang durch die Betreuung vor Ort ( Sammy vielen Dank) war herzlich und interessant. Kleine Probleme wurden umgehend beseitigt und Sammy war für uns immer erreichbar . Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und ist nicht leicht zu finden . Ansonsten können wir das Haus und den Gastgeber nur weiter empfehlen.

Could be fabulous with some work

The property would have been superb when new but it is now very tired and not well maintained. The grass was unmown and very long, children’s “playground” was unkempt and the equipment rusty, broken and dangerous. Not suitable for crawling babies or toddlers because of steep stairs, sunkenrr sitting area with no safety barrier. Parking is inadequate for the size of the property as us the kitchen area. The swimming pool was the saving grace. There is a new housekeeper called Sammy who is really on the ball and we are confident she will rectify the problems we encountered.

Beautiful house and location

We had a lovely holiday, unfortunately though there were a few issues on arrival with no one to meet us and the house and outside areas not being cleaned. However, the owner was very keen to get things sorted and was very helpful. Many of the issues we had I believe now have been rectified so no need to go into a further detail. The location is perfect, 20 minutes walk into the nearby village filled with cute bars and shops and St Maxime 17 minutes drive away. A Lidl and Aldi 10 minutes drive away for the shopping too. Even after our initial experience we would love to go back, unfortunately i will say it has now become a bit pricey which is a shame. I would definitely recommend this property as long as all the works have been carried out. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

La maison est grande et la piscine superbe. Le seul problème se trouve dans la cuisine, l’évier coule et les plombs on sautés a cause de l’eau, le lave vaisselle est bouché ce qui a crée une inondation et le wc la haut est bouché aussi.A part cela tout est très bien

Geweldig huis en mooie plek en prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoekjes aan de dorpen en stranden van de cote d'azur. Inrichting van de villa is enigzins gedateerd, en er was tijdens ons verblijf van 12 dagen geen wisseling van beddengoed en badhanddoeken, wel de mogelijkheid om deze zelf te wassen

Perfect location for two families!

We stayed there with two families (4 adults and 5 kids) for one week. The place and the location are amazing. The pool is really perfect and the house is close to several very nice beaches. The surroundings in Le Plan de la Tour are very nice and quiet. The house is well equipped and has a lot of space. We would definitely come again and can absolutely recommend the house.

Renovierungsbedarf

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nur teilweise erfüllt. Das lag vor allem am Zustand des Hauses, welches doch an mehreren Stellen Renovierungsbedarf und Optimierungsbedarf aufzeigt. Beispielhaft sind hier die Toilette im ersten Stock , das Waschbecken in der für 8 Personen zu kleinen Küche, diverse Lichtschalter u.a. die Poolbeleuchtung sowie abgenutzte Möbel zu nennen.Das Equipmet in der Küche ist für 8 Personen ebenfalls knapp ausgelegt, wie auch die Größe des Kühlschranks. Bei der Sauberkeit fiel v.a. der Grill aus dem Rahmen. Dieser war komplett verdreckt, weil vorher benutzt, aber nie gereinigt. Der Versuch der Haushälterin diesen zu reinigen war zwar ehrenhaft, nur wenig erfolgreich, weshalb der Grill von uns nie benutzt werden konnte. Positiv ist die Lage hervorzuheben und auch die Aufteilung der Räume. Fazit:Das Haus hat sicher Potential, nur wurde hier anscheinend lange nicht mehr investiert. Das ist schade und rechtfertigt deshalb auch den Preis nicht mehr.

Wunderschönes Haus bei Saint Maxime

Abgelegen, völlige Privatsphäre, sehr nett eingerichtet, uneinsehbar. Geschmackvolle Villa mit viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Großer Pool. Leider findet man das Objekt anfangs recht schlecht. Alles war zufriedenstellend. Sandrine und Phillip sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben es rundum genossen und die Villa kaum verlassen. Perfekt für einen Urlaub in corona-Zeiten.

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Wir waren mit sieben Personen unterwegs, die das Ferienhaus problemlos beherbergt. Dazu kommen eine gute technische Ausstattung, eine sehr ausladende Terrasse, die auch größtenteils überdacht ist und somit vor der Sonne schützt, sowie ein schöner Garten. Der Pool ist von der Größe her mehr als ausreichend, war sauber und beheizt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber per Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir sind morgens immer ins 1,5km entfernte Dorf gelaufen, um Brot zu kaufen. Dort gibt es alle notwendige Infrastruktur, auch zahlreiche Cafés. Für das Ferienhaus gab es eine Betreuung vor Ort, die sehr freundlich und stets telefonisch erreichbar war. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus, wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolles Haus, sehr liebevoll überall eingerichtet, viel Platz, 3 Bäder, großer beheizter Pool 5x10m, vollkommene Ruhe. Im Dorf bekommt man die notwendigsten Lebensmittel, v.a. tolles Obst. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Unkomplizierte Verwalterin.

Belle maison au calme

Belle maison, intérieur rustique/campagne chaleureux, non moderne. Très belle et grande piscine (chauffée) avec douche extérieure. La climatisation est douce et silencieuse mais efficace, très agréable pour la nuit. La cuisine est un peu petite mais donne directement sur la terrasse. Globalement super, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Spring break in the Mediterran hills

After one year friends and I returned to this wonderful location. Likewise last year the house was well prepared for our arrival. The pool was heated – which is at early spring a very nice feature. Early mornings can be a bit chilly at this time of the year. How beautiful to start into the day with a dive and nice swimming exercise bevor breakfast. Breakfast on the patio – some blooming flowers in front of the terrace – enjoying the view over the green hills nearby. MARVELOUS Every day nice excursions to the most beautiful locations such as Cassis (near Marseille), Grasse, Verdon canyon (most spectacular views!), Monaco or to the very little and charming villages in the close by mountains and on the coast. We will be back!

A wonderful and peaceful place!

A bit hidden in the hills of La Plan de la Tour offers this well equipped and well maintained beautiful house the outmost of relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful garden, a relaxing heated pool, a nice and large terrace protected against rain, sun and wind, and a lot of space within the house. A very silent place. You wake up from birds singing a good morning song to you and millions of stars say good night. The booking procedure and check-in and check-out, everything was splendidly organized. A wonderful villa in a beautiful setting

We loved our week here. The villa is in an ideal location just outside a very pretty village which has all the essentials - bakery, butchers, chemist, restaurants and bar. The villa itself is down a little lane and has perfect views of beautiful hills which make for some good local walks. Beautiful weather, beautiful pool and we were lucky with the weather so a great week. We'll definitely be back next year!

Wonderful house in a beautiful secluded position

We had a wonderful holiday at this very comfortable home. It really does feel like a home from home with a well equiped kitchen, garden and plenty of lovely furnishings. The house was beautifully clean and everything worked properly. The location of the house was really quiet and very secluded yet close enough to the village to get croissants for breakfast. The village has every type of shop you need and lots of lovely restaurants. The children particularly liked the pizza restaurant in the village square and the blue tomato for icecream. We also loved the area a very easy drive to Ste Maxime and ferry to San Tropez, Grimaud. Loads of entertainment for the kids including the static fair and mini golf at Cogolin and the beaches at San Tropez and further down the coast. Of course can't forget Aqualand at Ste Maxime. Great golf at Gassin for the older kids and lots of fantastic shopping in the area. Lovely weekly markets with the list in the house. I could not recommend the house and area enough. We have already booked our 2013 stay.

We all live in the UK, with the House being run between my Son and myself. We have an excellent housekeeper who looks after the property all year round, and gives direct support to visitors to ensure that everyone has a really good Holiday during their stay.

We have owned this property for 16 years. All of our family love the house based in a warm lovely wooded countryside, but in easy reach of the local village, restaurants and beaches. St Tropez and numerous activities are all close by involving all ages in every type of interest.

What makes this property unique

The House is modern and yet traditional, with a lovely terrace area and pool, and a large table for outside eating and entertaining for up to 10 people.
