BEST DEAL ON THE NORTH SHORE. THIS IS NOT A CONDO. IT IS A HOME IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. I AM FLEXIBLE WITH CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES WHEN I DON'T HAVE BACK TO BACK BOOKINGS.

Located on quiet beachfront street in a gated neighborhood on Crozier Drive. There is a beautiful view from every room. Colorful plants and coral trees in the half-acre landscaped yard bring an essence of paradise to this home. You can see Mt. Ka'ala in its green splendor from the bedroom and living room. The bedroom and living room have separate split-system air conditioning units to keep you cool year round. Or open the windows for tradewinds and the sound of the waves and birds chirping. The house is a two story house and I live in the the upstairs and part of the downstairs. Graceland is located downstairs. The bedroom in Graceland has a vaulted ceiling with no second floor above it. Graceland's patio and yard is separated from my yard by a landscaped island.

The ocean is less than 100 feet away. The access to a sandy neighborhood beach is only seven houses down the street. Less than 1 mile from Polo Fields and Sky Diving at Dillingham Airfield.

The kitchen cabinets are new. The laminated wood floors, wooden blinds, bathroom tile and paint is almost new. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable California King bed with high thread count linens. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and linen closet. Tropical furnishings make you feel like you are living in an island retreat. Guests park in their own private carport attached to the rental. The sky is fantastic at night because we have minimal street lights to interfere with the brilliance of the stars and planets. The owner lives on site so no parties please!

Why Gina Eaves chose North Shore Oahu

This vacation rental is an attached dwelling to our home. I picked this home because of its location. Crozier Drive is an excellent, quiet, safe street. Not many tourists venture to this part of the island! The beach is has beautiful white sand and clean water where you almost always see turtles. The view of Mount Ka'ala out the back is fantastic!

What makes this house unique

When you look out the back door and windows, you see open fields, trees, landscaping and Mt Ka'ala. You don't see any other houses! It is tranquil and the stars are bright with limited street lights at this end of Crozier Drive. The weather is perfect year round.

My husband and I spent a week in Honolulu, Hawaii. We arrived late in the evening, but Gina's instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had been provided us with a key-code to open the gate so we didn’t have to worry about keys throughout the trip. The North Shore Beach is just few blocks away and the relaxing sound of the ocean waves will help you get some of the best sleep you've had in your life. The main living area has the comfy couch and we also had an eating area with table and chairs. For those of you who like to cook when traveling, you will really be very happy with the well-stocked kitchen. It had every size pot and pan that I could think of and plenty of utensils and tableware. Everything was of high quality. If you’re not interested in cooking there are plenty of restaurants just a few minutes away. The master bedroom has the large king size bed which was excellent and the master bath has a nicely updated en-suite with tub and rainfall showerhead. It has soap, conditioner and other personal care items, including hair dryers and plenty of towels. The patio has plenty of seating and a nice, big grill if you want to spend some time there. Additional features are the big private carport, laundry and a beautiful backyard. This place has easy access to most of Oahu attractions. In summary, this is most thoughtful vacation rental I have ever experienced. Every need of a guest has been attended to and attention paid to every detail.

Great, easy place to stay!

We loved our time spent on the North Shore. The unit is great; has everything you could need with an easy, 5 minute walk to the beach! We loved spending the mornings on the patio reading + watching the skydivers from the nearby airfield.

Gina's place has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Our family was very comfortable in the apartment and the location to the beach can't be beat. This is a great place to stay if you want to really enjoy and explore the North Shore!

Great place, would come again

Lovely quiet area and only short drive to large shopping area, short walk to beach and carport great as parking in other areas of north shore difficult. Very comfy king bed - spacious rooms with everything you could need included. Nice, friendly hosts - would definitely stay again!

Nice relaxing place in a great location.

We really enjoyed staying in this location and it was everything as presented by the owner, Gina. The purpose of our trip was to visit my family who lives in the area. The condo is located across the street from the beach, which was convenient. Anything you need is just a short ten minutes away in Haleiwa. The bed was very comfortable! The patio is private and beautiful, which was a nice place to enjoy drinks and a BBQ. We would stay here again. If you need anything Gina, the owner, is right next door. Thanks Gina!
