Home Select International presents this beautiful rental property located by the idyllic Sant Maurici lake in Empuriabrava. The front garden of the house offers a convenient parking space. Upon entering the house, you will find a toilet on the left and a handy cabinet with a mirror on the right.
Straight ahead, you enter the cozy living room, furnished with an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a TV with German channels. The dining area seats five, perfect for enjoying a delightful meal with friends and family.
To the right of the dining area is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, blender, and citrus juicer.
At the entrance on the left side, there is a staircase leading to the upper floor. Upstairs, you will find a modern bathroom on the right with a shower, sink, and toilet. Straight ahead is a charming bedroom with two pushed-together beds (90 x 200 cm), a nightstand, lamps, a fan, a TV with German channels, and a window offering beautiful views over the lake. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a large bed (150 x 190 cm), night lamps, windows with lovely views, a fan, and a TV.
On the opposite side is a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. The final bedroom features a bed (90 x 190 cm), a nightstand, lamp, and TV.
