The apartment has an open plan concept living, dining, and kitchen space with French doors that look out onto the river. There is a corner sofa and armchair with side tables and table and chairs for four, sideboard and TV. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances. There is a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and fridge freezer are all built-in appliances in the kitchen.

The apartment is located a short distance from the A1 North or South. St Neots is around a 20-to-30-minute stroll from the property or five minutes by car where all the restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and shops are . There is a fantastic nature reserve, a nearby co-op, a doctor, a pharmacy, a Chinese restaurant, and a takeout are all located in Little Paxton. Community Hub and the great neighbourhood pub called the Anchor.
