Villa Montefalcone is a beautiful modern villa with a swimming pool, a large kitchen with an island, and a spacious panoramic terrace, as well as an indoor pool and sauna.



On the ground floor are the kitchen with an island and a living room with a sofa, a double bedroom with a bathroom, a laundry room, an indoor pool (heated upon request), and a sauna.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds, which can be doubled if desired), a bathroom with a shower, and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a double showerhead.



Outside is a large garden with a swimming pool and a solarium with loungers.



Parking is available on the property; the property is fully fenced.



Acqualagna, the famous truffle capital, is two kilometers away, offering excellent restaurants.



A 20-minute drive takes you to the seaside town of Fano, with its free beaches and those equipped with loungers, umbrellas, children's playgrounds, and a bar and restaurant.

The outdoor pool is open from May to September. The indoor pool is heated upon request in September, October, and November. A minimum of 15 days' notice is required, and the additional cost of €500 per booking to be paid on spot.
