Willow Farm Cottage-Rural-Baño privado-Vista al campo

We have a range of facilities in each of our cottages
We have 2 Country Cottages to choose from on the Farm


Willow Farm Cottage is the perfect destination for that Norfolk holiday by the sea with just a 15 minute walk to the beach. This 3 bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and has a large enclosed garden with decked area and BBQ. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washine machine, dining room, lounge and bathroom. Towels and linen are provided for 6 people. Available all year-round with full central heating, double glazing and wood burner in the comfy lounge. Please note the staircase is quite steep so not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Sorry, dogs are not accepted in Willow Farm Cottage.

Dune View Cottage is the semi detached mirror image of Willow Farm Cottage next door. Dune View has a dog proof garden and dogs are welcome, its a great location for long walk and dogs are welcome on parts of the local beach all year round.

Both Willow Farm Cottage and Dune View can be booked together to accommodate 12 people and there is a secret adjoining door in the cupboard under the stairs so the cottages can be linked when booked together!

For everyones comfort our cottages are non-smoking

Lovely accommodation in a nice setting, comfortable beds and well equipped cottages. A few more toilet rolls would be have been nice and a map to show where the rotary washing line goes into the ground to dry the towels 😁 An OS map of the area would also be good to show the footpaths around Sea Palling. Beautiful cottage in great location

We had a lovely stay at Willow Farm Cottage. The cottage is well-equipped and beautifully furnished. The large enclosed garden was the perfect place for our children to play. Cozy bedrooms with plenty of cushions and blankets for when the weather's colder. We have been several times and hope to return ASAP!

We had a fantastic stay at Cottage Village! The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home. The surrounding area was stunning, with a peaceful and picturesque setting, and the beach was just a short walk away – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.We truly had a great time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We aeeeived late to this Beautiful cottage because of traffic so it was a little difficult to find in the dark but we had good directions and information which helped a lot. The cottage was immaculately clean and was made more homely with a Xmas tree and heated rooms with a well equipped kitchen. We weee able to visit the local attractions such as sea palling and the seals inbetween seeing family and cooking Xmas dinner.

Hannah did an amazing job helping me organise a surprise for my wife's birthday. Cottages very clean and have everything you could possibly need. We had the best breakfast too.

We love welcoming people to our farm and all the cottages are finished to a high standard so we hope you feel at home as soon as you arrive with us. We are happy to offer advice and suggestions on places to go and things to do in the area and you are welcome to walk on our farm tracks to make the most of our beautiful location. We have cattle and sheep grazing on the meadows at certain times of year and you are always welcome to say hello to our 4 horses and ponies. Lots of our guests come back year after year which tells us that we are doing something right!
