    This room is includes an en-suite bathroom with shower. Towels are provided. There is also a Smart TV (with Netflix and BBCiPlayer) and a kitchenette fitted with a microwave, a toaster, a fridge and a kettle. A light breakfast is included. Super fast WiFi is available at no extra cost.
    Kathleen House Plus offers accommodation in the heart of Enfield less than 10 minutes walk from Enfield Town shopping centre where guests will find an array of shops, restaurants and bars. Enfield Town train station also puts guests less than 30 minutes from central London.

    Each room is fitted with a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, BBCiPlayer and other on demand features.

    An ensuite bathroom with towels is also available in all rooms, as well as a kitchenette which features a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. A light breakfast is also included. Super fast WiFi is also available throughout the property at no extra cost as well as secure private parking.

    At the weekend there a few bars and clubs available for those not wanting an early night. Guests will also find Bush Hill Park Golf course a short walk away. There is also free onsite parking located to the rear of the property.

    Nice, cosy and clean

    Nice, cosy and clean. Only thing I would improve is the shower + some of the shower towels had stains on them, not sure what it was but that is the only thing I would nit-pick on. Bed was comfy, TV has Netflix.

    Long term stay (3 weeks+) while visiting family. Very convenient, even though room was quite small, having a kitchenette and breakfast provided made it well worth while and good value.

    We were pleased with the flat and will use the flat again on our next visit.

    Quiet. Convenient for railway station and shops and town centre. Comfy bed. Kitchenette well equipped. Really good shower. Full sized towels provided. Good selection of food on tray and in fridge to make breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Kathleen House+. The house is ideally located for Enfield Town.

    Although the the rooms we booked were small, they were clean with comfortably beds - which is all we needed really as we were out all day. The house is in a nice area. When I had a problem, Jermaine dealt with patiently. Thank you Jermaine .

    The accommodation was functional, clean and the perfect location for me.

    I liked the fact that the whole booking process and access to the accommodation was so efficient and reliable, having travelled from afar, arriving at night and never having used this type of non-reception accommodation previously. I also liked the welcoming drinks and snacks and the minimalist breakfast which suited me perfectly. 10 mins walk from Enfield Town overground station. Thanks a lot and I'll definitely be a returning customer, Steve Carney, business traveller from Merseyside.

    Perfectly reasonable quality for the low price

    Instructions were emailed to me on how to get in via key safe and door code. There was a choice of breakfast items left out which was appreciated. Also randomly a sandwich in the fridge, didn't know what to make of that, wasn't sure if it was meant for me. Juice and chilled water and other options were in the fridge. I was able to park next to another guest but any more guests would have blocked us in, a car with low ground clearance will struggle enter the parking area.
