Nice apartment, good location and excellent host support.
Host was responsive and helpful. Area was nice and location was good with closest tube station 10 minute walk. Several good cafes close. Host was very helpful with letting us leave luggage on checkout day until we needed to leave for airport.

Perfect for a family of 5 in the heart of Mayfair
3 nights at Shaw House in the heart of Mayfair. Many of London's landmarks were within easy walking distance. The room itself was clean, spacious, very well equipped and quiet

Great location, helpful staff—unit felt dated and A/C venting setup was an unexpected drawback.
The location was excellent and the office manager was incredibly helpful, though the unit felt somewhat dated and I was surprised by the need to vent the air conditioning unit out the window, which detracted slightly from the experience. Bathrooms/kitchen was updated but the rest of the unit looked a little rundown.

Great location, interesting check in
We arrived and the property manager was available quickly. They got us checked in, but then they had us pay again. We had paid through vrbo, but they said it was just a pre authorization. Not sure about that, so we paid again and they did refund our stay through vrbo. Seemed odd. The stay was fine and the beds were comfortable, but I would say the quality is probably 80 percent of what you see in the pictures. It is nice, but not really that nice.

A week in London
Our two bedroom unit wasn’t ready for us at checkin. We were given a four bedroom unit instead, but it’s furnishings were not nearly the quality of the one in the online photos. The management company was responsive to our requests and the unit was clean. The location of the property is outstanding.

staff not friendly specially Tom from the reception or reservation , rooms not clean ,
not satisfied , staff not friendly , one person called Tom , so aggressive not supporting , rooms not clean , requested to upgrade the apartment they increased the rate triple than online rate and saying this what we have , will never try to book this propriety again and i recommend to all my friends not to trust and book this again , even i esclate an official complain through mail , no one replied to me

Great location but needs a refresh
Location is great as is the size of the apt—2 bedroom, 2 bath. Baths were updated. The kitchen looks like it was upgraded in the pictures but it’s not great. Coating is pealing off of the cabinets. The unit was clean. The property is an apt building.
The building looks ok from the outside but as soon as you walk in, you can tell it has not been kept up. The “reception area” has old furniture and doesn’t give off a positive feeling. No one is there to welcome you. Cleaners seemed to be coming and going and eventually we were told we could leave our luggage in the reception area until the unit was ready. There is a small lift. The stairs have carpet that has holes and threadbare in many places. The unit continued with old furniture. It just needs a serious facelift. Don’t know if other units have been redone but the one we had was not.
It was a great location and the place was not a bargain. We had expected more.
