Each 4 bedroom apartment offers a lounge and dining area, a super king size in the master bedroom, a king size in the second, 2 singles in the third and fourth, a kitchen and two bathrooms. If you’re travelling with associates, friends or family, they have the option of using the double sofa bed in the lounge. Absolutely not as advertised. DO NOT RENT unless you understand that the building has NO 3 bathroom apartments. Even though it says 3, you will only get 2. In addition, there is NO DRYER even though it advertises as having one. There are 2 large beds. One is the equivalent of a US queen and one a US full. The other two BRs are two twins. There is NO WAY 11 PEOPLE CAN LIVE THERE. 8 max in BRs with one or two on couch but impossible with only 2 baths. NO THERMOSTAT—cannot control the heat in the apartment. Some mold on bath ceilings but not a huge deal. Great living area. Very comfortable for family of 5 adults. Would work for 7 or 8, but a little tight. Jeremiah the apt mgr is excellent. He did his best to help despite the issues. One photo shows pretty dirty floor area but most of the spaces were clean. Needs serious updating.

we loved the location of the shaw house and it comfortably accommodated 5 of us and had more space!

while the flat itself could use some updates the staff, location, and size were all fantastic. We would stay again

Great location and nice property. It is listed as a 3 full bath property but it actually is on 2.5 bath which was a bit of an issue as we had 3 couples staying in the apartment and had to share a bathroom. We rented it based on the belief it was a 3 full bath apartment.

If I could give negative stars I would

This place is awful. The ONLY thing is the location is pretty good. It is filthy, they completely misrepresent via the pictures, they claim there is a washer and dryer ( no dryer) and do not respond. We rented a 4 bed, 3 bath and received a 4 bed 2 bath with one bathroom not working. The "pullout" was broken. We literally had to have 2 of our kids sleeping on mattresses on the floor.Asked SEVERAL times for a Manager go call us and no one did. The grounds are disgusting we saw multiple rats.DO NOT stay here. Horrible Should be shut down from VRBO*they also claim on every bad review that they looked and can confirm that the person reviewing never stayed there. I can assure you we have pics and WhatsApp messages that we stayed there for 4 nights.

Loved the apartment, it was great for my whole family and so well located!

My family of 6 had ample space in the 4 bedroom apartment. We were walking distance from lots of shops, pubs, and restaurants. It was just a short walk to the nearest underground.

Good location and spacious for a group of 7 adults.

The manager was very accommodating, the apartment is spacious and near to all the sights. I booked on VRBO and the listing said 3 double bedrooms and one with 2 twins. We were given an apartment with 2 rooms that had a set of twin sized beds. I'm not sure why, otherwise it was a good apartment.

Mayfair is marvelous

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very comfortable for 7 of us adults. Jeremiah was very nice and accomodating!

Nice apartment, great neighborhood

This was a great central location in a nice neighborhood. The place was very pretty and had plenty of room. There were iphone ports in each bedroom lamp so we didn't need all of our plugs and coverters. There were 2 hair dryers so that was nice. On check-in we arrived early in the morning and fortunately one of the people staying in the building let us in. The property mgr was going to meet us but did not come until a few hours later. We were able to leave our luggage in the entryway area but it was open to anyone walking in. We had booked a car and driver from Heathrow through the mgt company but they never showed up. We were able to get a taxi easily for less money so would recommend that instead. We had issues with the stove not working and left a message for the property mgr. We didn't hear back but fortunately ran into him in the building the next day. He came up and was able to get it working. All in all a great stay and would recommend this great apartment.
