Horton Lodge Boathouse is a beautiful ground-floor apartment within a historic boathouse in Rudyard, near Leek, Staffordshire. Hosting one super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, and a private decking with a sunken hot tub and seating, along with two kayaks and a rowing boat exclusively for guests. Horton Lodge Boathouse is a perfect romantic escape on the edge of the Peak District.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Combination microwave oven, fridge, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Complimentary welcome pack provided. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Private decking with outdoor furniture and access to lakeshore to launch boats. Hot Tub. Rowing boat and two kayaks provided for guests' use at own risk. One well behaved household pet allowed.. No smoking. Shop 3.6 miles, pub 3.5 miles. Just 3 miles away is the hillside market town of Leek, known as 'The Queen of the Moorlands'.
