The beautifully modern and newly refurbished flat is located just a 60 second walk from the stunning Blue Flag sandy beaches and is in the heart of Bournemouth with all local amenities just a stones throw away. It is only a few minutes walk to the BH2 Leisure Centre, the award-winning Bournemouth Lower Gardens and the must-see Bournemouth Pier, along with a variety of restaurants & shops. This is the perfect place for a getaway by the sea! Please expect reasonable city noise due to the central location.
The property is situated on the ground floor and benefits from step-free access. The apartment itself is beautiful and airy with wonderfully high ceilings and large windows aided by spotlights throughout. There is CCTV security upon entrance of the block and a double lock.
Bedroom 1: Beautiful, large and airy room with a king size bed, built in full length mirrored wardrobes, vanity desk.
Bedroom 2: Another pretty room with double bed, built in full length mirrored wardrobes.
Lounge/Diner: A cosy place you can relax with a comfy seating area in front of a smart TV. Dining table, 55 inch smart TV, egg chair. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable double bed if you would like to have up to 6 guests in the property (please contact us for more information). However, the size of the property is best suited to 4 guests.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer & full selection of kitchen appliances.
Bathroom: relaxing rain shower with detachable hose.
Also included: bath towels will be provided for each guest along with tea, coffee and sugar.
The closest car park is called "Central Car Park" and the post code is BH1 2HH. The car park is a 2-3 minute walk from away from the flat.
