Beach Retreat Apartment 1 is a luxury, family friendly 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment. Located in a quiet side road in the heart of Canford Cliffs, moments from the village centre with its delightful choice of coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and a choice of 3 gastropubs. 5 min stunning woodland walk to award winning blue flag beaches and a childrens Pirate Ship playground. Ideal luxury family holiday with an amazing location that allows you to enjoy the beach and entire holiday on foot. Free parking provided.

A Victorian building, lovingly restored and renovated provides the perfect base to enjoy the areas of Sandbanks, Poole and Bournemouth. Whilst oozing character and charm in its exterior appearance this property boasts a modern/classic interior with new, quality, high end furniture and fittings throughout. 2 beautifully appointed double bedrooms incorporating built in wardrobes, dressing tables, bed side tables and double beds plus a flat screen smart tv in main bedroom.

An additional quality fold away single bed is available on request, to sleep a 5th guest in the master bedroom. All feather free, highest quality mattresses and crisp hotel style bed linen.

1st floor accommodation accessed via stairs from the ground floor. This is a duplex apartment, on the 1st floor there is an open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen and a shower room. Stairs then lead up to the 2nd floor to you you will find 2 beautifully appointed double bedrooms and a spacious master bathroom.

Well equipped kitchen/living room with AEG appliances, dining table and chairs, comfortable 3 seater sofa and two armchairs facing a flat screen Smart TV. The laundry cupboard houses a combined washer/dryer and night safe for your valuables. Two shower rooms one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor all with high end Duravit fittings.

This property sits adjacent to but completely independent of its sister property Beach Retreat 2 which is also listed for rental on Vrbo, providing a further 2 bed apartment which may be of interest to those with larger families or 2 families who wish to holiday together.

Very clean, well located 2 bedroom apartment only a short walk to the beach, the Cliff gastro pub and the lovely high street. Everything you need on your doorstop. Would love return.

Beautiful flat in a great location

We really enjoyed our weekend at this lovely flat. It was beautifully decorated, with really comfy beds! The host had left us milk and fresh coffee, and some cake as she knew it was my husbands birthday. It is only 5 minutes walk from 2 really good restaurants, and there is a deli and bakery too which were excellent. The beach is 5 minutes walk away, the coast is beautiful. I would definitely recommend, we would stay again if we were in the area.

Short break

What a location! A perfect, immaculately clean apartment and a fabulous host. We had two minor issues that Nicola resolved at lightening speed. A fantastic and well needed break, we walked for miles each day, Sandbanks, Swanage, Poole, Brownsea and Bournemouth were all very easy to get to. Highly recommend Beach Retreat as an ideal Base.

Super-friendly and helpful host and a great property

1. Really excellent contact from Nicola (our host) at point of booking and throughout. I knew that we were in good hands. 2. Great property: the description and photographs are accurate. 3. Excellent cleanliness: the apartment was spotless and it was nice to have such a good supply of clean towels, soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, etc, in addition to the thoughtful addition of fresh milk and a treat in the fridge. 4. Would I go back? Absolutely: this will be my first choice of place to stay when I'm next in the area.

Perfect location and gorgeous apartment

This was the perfect place to stay for me and my family (2 adults and 2 kids). Nicola was so accommodating as we had to change dates at one point then ask for an extra bed last minute. She made us feel so welcome despite our extra demands! We all fell in love with the welcome basket of a locally baked cake selection! The apartment was gorgeous, clean and very modern. The loveliest sandy beach was a stroll down the road through some trees. And we drove to some amazing other beaches and tourist spots. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for having us to stay.
