Apartment located on the second floor in a building in the historic heart of Cascais, inserted in a very safe area, surrounded by traditional shops, restaurants and cafes. It is five minutes from the beaches and the train station to Lisbon.

The apartment was completely renovated with luxury materials, equipment and furniture. It has lots of light, double glazed windows and air conditioning for air conditioning.

The two bedrooms have double beds (140x200), wardrobes, LCD TV so that each guest can individually enjoy their TV with international channels. One of the bedrooms is a suite and the other has a bathroom next to the bedroom door. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided, as well as a hairdryer. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are available. There is a safe available for guests.

The living room has a sofa bed for two extra guests, TV with international channels and WI-FI that can be extended to the entire apartment. It also includes a dining area with a table for six people and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your homemade meals. It has a hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. Ironing board and iron are also available.

This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of ​​rare beauty.

It is located in the historic center of Cascais, with its local shops, open-air restaurants, pastry shops and bars, also the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Clube Naval de Cascais.

It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho beach, known internationally for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently of paddle surfing.

It is also very close to Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by green pine trees.

For lovers of equestrian arts, the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle tennis.

Within a 5 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Center, Casino Estoril and Autodromo do Estoril.

• Loss of key - 100 €

• Locking the lock that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention

• Forgetting the keys inside the apartment, requiring another visit from Welcomer - 25 €

• A house manual will be provided in the apartment at check-in. Please abide by the rules.



Minimum stay: 4 nights.



Check-in - Between 4 pm and 8 pm; before 4 pm only if possible and there will be an extra cost of € 30; late check-in after 8 pm will cost 30 €; late check-in after 24h will cost 50 € ..

Check-out - Between 8 am and 11 am; after 11 am only if possible and there will be an extra charge of € 30; early check-out before 6 am will cost 50 €; early check-out before 8 am will cost 30 €.

Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € for 4 people, 60 € for 6 people.



Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / high chair: additional charge of 5 € / day;

Security deposit: 300 Euros per reservation; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the apartment or any furniture or equipment.
