Apartamento renovado en el centro histórico de Cascais. 3 dormitorios, amplio salón, 2 baños, aire acondicionado, TV y wifi. Excelente ubicación. Acomoda un máximo de 6 personas.



Apartamento amplio y bien situado en el corazón del centro histórico de Cascais. El apartamento recientemente reformado está dividido entre dos plantas.

Al entrar en el apartamento que son instantáneamente sorprendido por la luz que viene de una ventana del techo. Le da una sensación agradable.

En la planta baja tiene dos dormitorios, ambos con camas dobles y un baño con ducha de cristal. En el primer piso tienes otro dormitorio con un baño privado también con una ducha de cristal. Este dormitorio también tiene una cama doble, un pequeño balcón y aire acondicionado (frío y calor) para su comodidad.



La cocina, también situada en la 1ª planta, tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar una comida completa o ligera e incluye todos los equipos, incluyendo una lavavajillas y una lavadora.

La sala de estar, también en la primera planta, es grande y ofrece un comedor con una gran mesa con 6 asientos y una cómoda sala de estar donde podrá relajarse y ver la televisión. Para su comodidad, el salón también tiene aire acondicionado.



En una ubicación privilegiada que tiene todo a poca distancia de playas, supermercados y mercado de Cascais, tiendas, resturantas, y todo lo que puede pedir. Para las actividades específicas que tiene el puerto deportivo, también a poca distancia, varios campos de golf en la zona y el mayor Casino de Europa, el Casino de Estoril.

The property exceeded our expectations. Great location, close to everything. Three adults in our party and we had ample space and privacy, extremely comfortable stay. If ever back in Cascais, will definitely try to book this place again.

We had a lovely visit in Cascais. The apartment was just as we expected. It was a short walk down to the plaza. We did have a slight problem with the downstairs shower, but Sofia had it fixed the very next day. Sofia was also wonderful in helping return a forgotten cell phone back to the US. We so appreciated that.

Great location in Cascais

Loved this great location within walking distance of beaches, shops, restaurants and museums! Steep steps up to living areas & master bedroom, other 2 bedrooms & bathroom downstairs. Some outside noise on Saturday night but all quiet from 10pm, quiet at all other times.

We had a great stay in Cascais at Luis’ place. It is a few minutes walk from the beach and is in a very quiet location. The split-level flat has lots of space with very generous sized rooms. We cooked dinner at home every night as the kitchen was well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, gas hob and an assortment of oven dishes and saucepans.

Wonderful weekend stay in Cascais

This is a wonderful apartment and within walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and the ocean. A couple minor suggestions we gave to the owners: there's a street light right outside the upstairs bedroom window so thicker/darker curtains might be nice, the wifi seems weaker upstairs, and the water temp in both showers seemed inconsistent. But overall, a very nice stay in a beautiful city.

This is a great place and highly recommended

This is a great place and highly recommended. The location cannot be beaten, set in the old town and a few minutes walk to the main square with its very many restaurants and beaches. The property itself is a really good size, there is plenty of space, and the facilities are all modern. It has aircon which is unusual for this area and was welcomed as we stayed when it was quite hot. The property lacks an outdoor space but I would not let this put you off, the park (which is beautiful) is a few minutes walk and has free deck chairs! I come to Cascais regularly and this is definitely one of the best properties I have stayed in. Luis was easy to communicate with and the meet at the property to collect the keys was very easy.

As the name implies, this place is indeed a delight

As the name implies, this place is indeed a delight. Starting with the neighborhood, it is charming … clean, small streets, lovely ambience … all very close to Cascais center, yet a bit away from it as well. The train station, market, and other locations are all easily accessible as are the multitude of restaurants and cafés in the center. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely furnished. It has everything you could need—except a dryer. There is a drying rack outside, but that means you can’t wash clothes the last two days you’re there. Also, while the wifi works great in the living room/dining room, it’s a bit less strong the in the bedrooms. Those are the only negatives in what is otherwise a wonderful flat in a wonderful place.

This is an absolute gem! We stayed in Cascais for 2 nights at the end of our 2 week trip to Europe. What started as a simple layover, ended up being our favorite place to stay overall. Cascais is beautiful, but it is this home that made it all the more special. First, we were greeted at the house by Katia who was lovely and took great care showing us everything in the house. She provided maps, information on restaurants, shopping, and local transportation, as well as important sights, like Sintra. We had also received help from Luis with our RT airport transfers which was a huge help. Every detail in the home is perfect. The layout is open, bright, and comfortable, the bathrooms (all 3 1/2 of them) are gorgeous, the bedrooms are spacious, and the upstairs terrace is lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you need to prepare your meals, but you won't want to because there are amazing restaurants just outside your door. My party of 4 absolutely adored this home and we will be back!

Three days in Cascais, Portugal.

Not a bad property. The furniture is unmatched, dated and pretty much worn out. Beds were comfortable enough. The kitchen was sufficient but lose the pod coffee maker. It’s a European design not like Tasimo or Kerrigan but more along the Nespresso kind. The coffee is lukewarm and weak. We went to a local cafe each morning because this machine is pretty much useless. The floor was quite dirty. I’m not sure if the cleaning staff vacuumed after the last visitors. On a good note, the location is great, close to a multitude of dining and shoppers places. I would not stay at this property again for any reason, especially more than two or three nights. It’s overpriced and not that great.

Great spacious place in central Casais

This place felt like a home for three weeks and the heaters were excellent during this cold time of the year and kept the place warm. Very spacious house with super hot water as well (both these things are not a given in Portugal). Very close to everything one needs. There's some mold in the rooms on ground floor.

Talk about the PERFECT LOCATION!!

There is no other property that is as perfectly located as this one!! Amazing! You are in the heart of the Cascais Village literally 2 blocks away from the Center and the beach and restaurants and all the goodness that Is there. The property managers are a joy to work with. The village is charming and safe and just a great place to be. This choice we made on this property was a winner!

Office team were very helpful in transferring our booking from 2020 to 2021 and to a better apt. Good communication and fast response. Kim who checked us in was extremely helpful, responsive and communicated well....thank-you Kim. Apartment was very nice and very well located, and we found free parking thanks to Kim. Air conditioning for downstairs is needed for the hotter months, and needs to be more clearly explained on the apt details.

Great Apartment, Great Location

I have been coming to Cascais for nearly 20 years and have stayed in various apartments / hotels. This apartment was one of the best locations I have stayed - very central but still quiet location. More/ larger bath towels.
