The security guard is in charge of 250 apartments and didn't provide the correct information in this case. The apartment was unoccupied for three days. In any case, your negative review seems exaggerated. I didn't hear anything from you about your dissatisfaction. We thought everything was fine since I'm not a mind reader; you didn't tell me what was wrong. Anyway, thank you very much for your stay.
