Our booked apartment was “unavailable” when we arrived and were asked to stay in a different apartment that was 1/2 the size of what we booked. When we were able to check in to what we originally booked( 3 days later) the concierge confirmed that other guests had just checked out that morning. The reason for us not being able to check in to what we had booked was “plumbing issues.” We were told this while on our flight leaving us no option other than take what the owner offered us. This was super dishonest and created a terrible start to our vacation.

On the contrary, we were quite honest. If we had allowed you into the original apartment, you would have complained about the bathroom on the first day because we had to fix the plumbing. We absolutely had to fix it. We gave you an excellent new apartment in the same area for three days. We sent you all the information, videos, location, and features, which you were under no obligation to accept. Had you not accepted, I would have had to pay the cancellation fees myself, at my own expense. Therefore, we were very honest. The security guard is in charge of 250 apartments and didn't provide the correct information in this case. The apartment was unoccupied for three days. In any case, your negative review seems exaggerated. I didn't hear anything from you about your dissatisfaction. We thought everything was fine since I'm not a mind reader; you didn't tell me what was wrong. Anyway, thank you very much for your stay.

Great location

Perfect location with lovely amenities, however, due to COVID you do have to sign up for them and it is limited on time slots. Host help me set up time slots and was very helpful and responded right away.
