What distinguishes Treasure Island 2109, a 21st-floor condo that sleeps 8, from Panama City Beach’s other rentals? For one thing, when you stay here you can relax on the resort’s 420-foot stretch of powdery sand, looking out onto the emerald-green Gulf of Mexico. And then there’s the 120-foot pool, the convenient location, and the spectacular views.
The balcony of Treasure Island 2109 allows you to revel in the gulf-front view. It’s furnished with a large patio table so that you can dine amidst the sea breeze, with the rhythmic surf as background music. You’ll have a front-row seat for the spectacular sunsets over the gulf, and at night you can marvel at the silvery moon reflected in the waves.
Sliding glass doors connect the balcony to the living area. As a result, you can gaze out at the gulf even as you kick back on the sofa or curl up in an armchair. If you can look away from the seabirds soaring across the endless sky, you can watch your favorite cable shows on the flat-panel TV, surf the web via the free WiFi, or sprawl out on the newly updated vinyl wood flooring to enjoy playing an exciting game with the kids!
The master bedroom also opens onto the balcony. Once the others are asleep you can step outside for a romantic nightcap under the star-studded sky. Along with a king-size bed, the master bedroom has a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage, and a private bathroom with dual sinks.
The 2nd bedroom has its own king-size bed and flat-screen TV, making Treasure Island 2109 as well suited for 2 couples as it is for a family. The kids will be delighted by the cozy sleeping nook outfitted with twin bunk beds. Additional guests can sleep on the living room sofa, which opens into a queen-size bed. These sleeping areas share the 2nd bathroom, which features a combination shower/tub.
In addition to balcony’s patio table, Treasure Island 2109 has an indoor dining table that seats 6 and an adjacent breakfast bar that accommodates 4 more people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, tableware, and ample counter space. The dishwasher will make cleanup a breeze, and for added convenience, the unit has its own private washer and dryer.
No doubt you’ll be spending much of your time on the beach, which is just steps away. When not watching dolphins in the surf as you relax on your complimentary beach chair you can swim, surf, paddleboard, canoe, kayak, or fish among the waves.
The Treasure Island complex has plenty more attractions to keep all of you happily busy. When you arrive, you’ll receive parking passes and wristbands that entitle everyone in your group to use the facilities, all in exchange for a one-time $20 registration fee per condo (not per person). You can then take advantage of the swimming pool, which is heated in winter, and the surrounding deck, which includes a hot tub, chaises for drying off in the sun, and gazebos for lounging in the shade. There’s even a seasonal poolside café. If you prefer to barbecue, you can use the charcoal grills on the poolside deck or the gas grills on the deck outside the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Treasure Island has a fitness center too, with treadmills, elliptical machines, and weights.
Like many other Panama City Beach rentals, during the high season Treasure Island 2109 can be rented only by the week, with a Saturday arrival. You’ll want at least a week, however, to enjoy everything there is to see and do nearby. So book your vacation today—before someone else beats you to it.

It was nice.
The place was nice and clean. I would book that same condo if they get a new mattress in the guest room it's in bad shape.
Really a nice place to stay! It was very clean!
The only thing it needs is a better mattress in the smaller bedroom, it was uncomfortable to sleep in.
