The Luxury Chalet Mauthner Alm (mauthneralm. C o m) guarantees a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The house can accommodate 10 people and has 4 bedrooms (the front 2 bedrooms have air conditioning), a balcony and 2 bathrooms. The large private garden faces south.

The spacious, bright living room with a comfortable seating area invites you to read or watch Netflix. The luxury kitchen offers all possibilities for extensive cooking or to raise a glass. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The chalet is very suitable for a family, several couples or a group of friends. The four bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The house also offers every comfort for babies and small children, such as the presence of a free baby cot and high chair. You also have free access to a washing machine and dryer. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and large private garden. Children can play safely here. The chalet is in a car-free environment.

The open-air swimming pool Aquarena with wellness center is about a 3-minute walk from the chalet. The pool has both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, slide and sauna.

Kötschach-Mauthen is located between the Gailtal and Carnic Alps. Kötschach is a paradise for cyclists, mountaineers, rafters and other sports enthusiasts. But you can also go here for a less active holiday. The village is known for its restaurants with tasty dishes and is the first Slow Food region in the world. You will find many dining options here.

A challenging tour is the Mauthner Klamm. This is a gorge in Kötschach-Mauthen, 5 minutes away from Luxury Chalet Mauthner Alm. There are several rope bridges, rocks and tunnels. The path partly runs through (knee deep) water. A fun adventure!

Enjoy swimming in the large natural swimming pool in Mauthen. The water is of drinking water quality. The swimming pool is quietly located and is a real Eldorado for nature lovers. The only sound you will hear is from the mountain water flowing through the adjacent stream. A large playground and café-restaurant complete the picture.

For winter sports enthusiasts, Kötschach-Mauthen offers an optimal environment. A small family ski area next to the chalet and yet close to the top ski area Nassfeld. A free ski bus connects the areas perfectly!
