The Chalet "Le Lorgnon" built in 2020 by craftsmen from the valley (stone and larch from the country) is located in the village of Salle Les Alpes, 200 m from the cable car and the Pontillas playground, as well as the ice rink and swimming pool, you can also walk to the villages of Villeneuve and Bez.
Briançon is 10 minutes away.
High standing services, wooden floors and TV in all rooms.

The ground floor: entrance hall, laundry room, separate WC, 30m2 games room and Garage with boot dryer and gloves
First floor: Living room equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a Yamaha speaker, Dining room, Kitchen, a master suite with bathroom and separate WC

Second floor: 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and TV and a children's dormitory

Magnifique chalet

Très beau chalet, neuf, spacieux, architecture moderne, ultra équipé et très fonctionnel notamment pour le ski, avec des équipements en RDC très commodes et agréables. La pièce à vivre est très réussie et dégage une sensation d'espace très agréable. Les capsules Nespresso dans la cuisine sont la cerise sur le gâteau :-). On reviendra !

Chalet splendide et chaleureux

Le chalet est très beau, réalisé avec des matériaux nobles ; il est très spacieux et confortable ; la décoration est raffinée. Le chalet est situé idéalement au pied des pistes et très proche du centre et de l’école ESF. Très envie d’y retourner !!!!

Un chalet d'exception où on se sent comme chez soi

De la dizaine de chalets que nous avons loué ces dernières années dans différentes stations, le chalet Le Lorgnon est de loin le meilleur de tous. Il mériterait une sixième étoile. Nous sommes très attentifs aux détails, et tout dans ce chalet est bien pensé. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment comme chez nous. Cela a commencé avec les petites attentions comme les papillotes, les capsules Nespresso, les sachets de thé, les pods pour la lessive, toutes les documentations sur la ville, le disque bleu pour le parking, ... Les enfants ont apprécié d'avoir leur douche privative. Le chalet est très lumineux, spacieux, élégamment décoré, chaleureux et bien chauffé. Le soleil l'après-midi sur la coucheuse est un délice. Le chauffage au sol très agréable pour marcher. Le feu de cheminée avec sa vitre d'angle est magique. La terrasse pour profiter du soleil d'hiver avec un café ou un thé chaud en profitant du superbe panorama est sublime. Nous avons bien profité du baby foot en famille. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité à pieds. Les pistes sont très proches. La place de parking privative est appréciable. Enfin, toutes les personnes dans la station ont été très accueillantes. En bref, nous avons adoré le chalet et notre séjour. Nous qui aimons changer de lieu à chaque fois, pour une fois, nous ferons une entorse avec plaisir à ce principe pour y revenir dans le futur, que ce soit en hiver ou au cours d'une autre saison.

After several stays in the ski resort of Serre Chevalier, invited to stay with friends, Dominique and Philippe decided to build their chalet. A childhood dream, come true to spend the family holidays with their children passionate about mountain sports.
In search of quality and authenticity, they turned to the construction of a turnkey, tailor-made chalet. This choice has the advantage of allowing them to create a good in their image, warm and with a soul. It was the local chalet builder, Lombard Vasina, who won their favor thanks to his attentiveness and the high quality of his services.
