Apartment of 45 square meters with independent entrance, that will surprise you, since you enter in it, for its amplitude. The living room-dining room-kitchen is large and has a comfortable sofa for three people that can be made into a double bed.
It is equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, flat screen TV, fireplace, heating and air conditioning. It also has a dining table.
The bedroom has a desk and USB connectors to charge your electronic equipment.
This apartment has a locked door inside that allows, in case of going with family or friends, to join the adjacent apartment (of the same dimensions and distribution).
The bathroom will surprise you with its elegance. All the doors of this apartment are a little wider so that it can be used by people who use wheelchairs.
Outside the apartment you can enjoy the garden that is located on the main facade of the building.
You also have, for the exclusive use of our guests, a large meadow of 12,000 square meters surrounded by an exceptional landscape: Picos de Europa, Peña Ventosa, Peña Sagra and the Sierra de Colio.
The most important thing, as in all the apartments of our complex, is the place: in the middle of nature, at the foot of the National Park, which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, surrounded by a silence only broken by the sounds of animals.

Above you, just a few minutes walk away, the National Park. Around you, one of the best views of Peña Ventosa, Peña Sagra and the Sierra de Colio. Seeing the sunrise or sunset from the 12,000 square meter meadow that the property has will allow you to enjoy nature and the landscape from one of the most beautiful corners of the Valley of Liébana.

The apartments are new, spacious, bright and cozy. All of them have an independent entrance. They are decorated in Nordic style, minimalist, with a very comfortable furniture so you can enjoy your stay. They have a fireplace, heating and air conditioning. Many of them are duplexes, there are also - just as cozy - on one floor. All of them are equipped with a microwave oven, dishwasher, sofa bed, fridge and bathroom with shower. A washing machine and a dryer are available for our guests.

But the real luxury is the place where they are. A unique place for those who want to enjoy nature in a quiet place, where there is almost no noise, where no buildings, only meadows, separate you from the Picos de Europa National Park where you can walk from the apartments.

They have a private parking lot and an outlet for electric cars.

If you like hiking or cycling, there are so many routes from our apartments that - if you wish - you can give up using the car for the whole duration of your stay.
