The Lookout at Lauriston

The Lookout at Lauriston is a two bedroom apartment with balcony from which to enjoy the sweeping views of Dartmouth and the River Dart. The two bedrooms can be made as double or twins depending on your preference and there is also an additional single pull out bed if required.

A short walk takes you to the heart of the town where you will find eclectic shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs. Beaches nearby include Blackpool Sands and Bantham.
The Lookout at Lauriston is perfectly located to enjoy Dartmouth and all it has to offer. Featuring two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, family kitchen and a lounge with balcony, it has everything you need for a relaxing break away. The bedrooms can be made as doubles or twins and there is also an additional fold out single bed. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (max 2) for an additional £20 per, dog, per night. We will provide a dog bed and treats.

Free onsite parking means you can leave your car and take the short picturesque walk to the town.

Here you will find a plethora of independent shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes and pubs. You can enjoy walks out to Dartmouth Castle or perhaps a boat trip or even take the passenger ferry to Kingswear and board a steam train. Nearby you can discover beautiful beaches such as Blackpool Sands or slightly further afield Bantham.

Lovely apartment with amazing views. Apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean overall but some areas needed updating/deep cleaning. Walking distance into Dartmouth albeit steep. Walked to Dartmouth Castle and the cove, lovely cafe there. Can highly recommend an Indian takeaway from The Spice Merchant and meal (large portions) at The Floating Bridge pub. Would definately stay again.

Spacious, well-equipped, wonderful views

The flat was more spacious than expected and the views over Dartmouth from all windows are spectacular. Everything was very thoughtfully presented, from the comfy large bed to the lovely bath fittings. Short walk down the hill into the centre of town. I have never seen so many repeat bookings in a visitor book, which tells you a lot!

It was our second time staying at the flat. The flat is very spacious in all the rooms. Really clean and has everything you need. The cherry on the cake is the spectacular view over the town and river Dart. If we come to Dartmouth again which I’m sure we will, we will be staying in the flat for a 3rd time. 5stars.
