Our stay

House was clean and the host was friendly. Driveway was a bit challenging tough but still doable. All in all we had a verry good time! :)

Highly recommended!

Very nice house. Well equipped, very clean, everything works. Large enough for six people. Very nice terrace, shady outdoor dining area. Wonderful view of the sea and countryside. Pleasant even at high temperatures. Very friendly landlady. Challenging for excursions by bike 😉

A very pleasant stay

We spent a lovely week at Barbaras hous! She kindly welcomed us, showed us around and even allowed us to take herbs and vegetables from the surrounding garden. Communication was easy and she was available for questions if needed all the time. The house is in a very green (olive trees and forest nearby) and calming place on the hills above Sestri Levante. The 10-15 minutes drive up is manageable and you get rewarded by the really stunning view from the big terrace and all the bedroom windows. We loved it to head down to the busy town and beach, but in our opinion the „restaurant“ with the best view was on our own terrace with a glass of local wine and a nice bbq (coal grill) or a risotto with fresh rosemary from the garden. Barbara gave us advices were to find the nearest supermarkets and other places. The house is equipped with a gas-stove and bialettis for coffee, a big fridge and even a freezer. The bed sheets are thin linen as normal for Italy, but there are some cuddly extra bed spreads if needed. The TV even offers Netflix access if you have an account. Wifi works perfectly fine. We would definitly recommend it!

Geweldig verblijf

Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, en meer. Het is ruim, schoon, in alles voorzien. Het uitzicht is prachtig, en op de berg is het heerlijk rustig. Het enige wat minder werkte, was de wifi. Die is wat onstabiel. Barbara is een prettige host, heel aardig en attent. Reageert snel op vragen en geeft fijne tips voor de omgeving.

Wunderbar erholsame Tage

Barbara ist sehr freundlich! Das Haus ist sehr schön groß und sauber. Für unsere Familie (6 Personen+Hund) mit drei angemessen großen Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern toll. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt, auch viele Teller! Auf der Terrasse kann man herrlich im Schatten sitzen und spielen, lesen, essen. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Tal ist wunderschön. Die Dachterrasse bietet ab dem Mittag ebenfalls Schatten, so dass man hier herrlich liegen und entspannen kann. Einziger Nachteil: 42 Stufen vom Auto hinauf zum Haus ;-) Bis in die Stadt sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto den Berg herab, die Straße ist meist für zwei Autos breit genug (wir haben ein VW-Bus!); zu Fuß ca. 40 Minuten. Weiter den Berg hinauf gibt es Wandermöglichkeiten. Der öffentliche Bus fährt dreimal täglich. Zahlreiche gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Stadt, tolle Restaurants und Cafés sowie herrliche Sandstrände setzen Entspannung und Abwechslung keine Grenzen! Ausflüge nach 5Terre und Portofina sind fast ein Muss. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig okay! gerne wieder!

Ottima esperienza

Barbara è un host molto gentile e disponibile, la villa è spaziosa, molto ben curata e fresca anche d'estate. Godibilissimo il terrazzo principale, in cui si può pranzare o prendere il sole in assoluta tranquillità, davanti ad un panorama splendido. La bella spiaggia di Riva trigoso si raggiunge in auto in meno di 15 minuti, poco di più per la caratteristica Baia del silenzio. Il tutto a circa due ore e un quarto da Milano. Per la presenza di scale all'ingresso della casa è da sconsigliare a chi ha problemi motori, assolutamente da consigliare invece a tutti gli altri.

Traumhaft

Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Tipp für die kältere Jahreszeit: Hausschuhe mitnehmen, der Boden ist kalt.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Dad Haus hat alles was man braucht, toller Ausblick, Komfort, Garten und Ausstattung. Zum Strand und Essen fährt man eine kurvige Straße runter, zum Wandern kann man direkt vom Haus starten. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Nette Vermieterin. Da in der Gegend allgemein enge Straßen und Parkplätze sind, wäre ein kleineres Auto besser. Aber auch mit dem großen Transporter hat es gut geklappt.

Belle maison confortable avec belle vue

Nous avons sejourné avec mon mari et nos trois ado fin aout. La maison est jolie et moderne (plus que sur les photos même !), d'une propreté irréprochable. Vue magnifique, terrasse très grande, moustiquaire à toutes les fenêtres, Il y a même un lave linge, super pour ne pas trop s'encombrer ! matelas récents et confortables. Barbara est vraiment adorable, ce qui est appréciable !. Points négatifs : la maison est un peu loin des commodités, et difficile d'accès pour une grosse voiture (sinon c'est bon); Le point le plus embêtant a été l'absence de climatisation, car tombés en pleine canicule, la chaleur était insupportable et la température trop élevée à l'intérieur pour parvenir à dormir et ce malgré les ventilateurs (un à disposition, nous avions apporté les autres). En tous les cas, maison vraiment agréable malgré les nuits trop chaudes, et merci à Barbara pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Uns hat die Lage - etwa 250 m oberhalb von Sestri Levante - sehr gut gefallen. Zum einen ist der weite Blick auf Landschaft und Meer wunderschön, zum anderen ist es dort oben immer etwa 2 Grad kühler als unten im Ort. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Betreuung durch Barbara und ihre Tochter war wirklich ausgesprochen nett. Hierfür noch einmal herzlichen Dank. Der Ort Sestri Levante selbst hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Altstadt direkt am Strand ist sehr schön und abends immer voller Leben. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für eine Besichtigung von Genua, Pisa, Lucca etc. bietet sich Sestri Levante gut an. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Dass man die unten im Tal verlaufende Autobahn immer etwas hört, hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Am lautesten sind ohnehin die Zikaden…

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Sestri Levante verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, alles genau wie beschrieben und noch schöner als auf den Fotos, wir haben besonders die wundervolle Aussicht vom Balkon aus genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders gut fanden wir den Insektenschutz an allen Fenstern!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir, eine Familie mit drei Kindern, wurden sehr nett von Barbara begrüßt in ihrem sehr gepflegten und blitzblanken Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht aus allen Räumen und von den schönen Terrassen. Es sieht tatsächlich noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und verbrachten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Danke, Barbara!

Geräumiges Haus weit oben am Hang

Wir fanden das Haus Anfang November so wie von allen anderen Urlaubsgästen beschrieben in einem einwandfreien Zustand vor. In der dunkleren Jahreszeit fehlt dem Haus im Innern etwas an Charme, denn es ist rein funktional eingerichtet. So gibt es z.B. im Hauptraum kein gemütliches Licht. Man wohnt relativ weit oben am Hang, zu Fuß ist man eine knappe Stunde bis ins Ortszentrum von Sestri Levante unterwegs. Man hört draußen auf den Terrassen die ganze Zeit den Alltagslärm, z.B. von der Autobahn. Mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich aber an diese Hintergrundgeräusche. Alles in allem ein schönes, großes Haus in dem man erholsame Tage verbringen kann.

der Oktober, der ein Sommermonat war

Das Ferienhaus ist eigentlich noch schöner als die Fotos zeigen, tolle Aussichten von den Terassen, perfekte Ausstattung, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die an alles denkt, womit die Gäste zu tun haben könnten und bei Fragen sofort hilfreich beiseite steht. Wir waren froh, dass die Fenster einen guten Insektenschutz hatten, denn die Stechmücken nähern sich geräuschlos und verursachen ordentliche Schwellungen.

Tolles Haus für 6 Personen

Sehr schönes Haus etwas außerhalb von Sestri Levante gelegen. Die MTB Strecke führt direkt daran vorbei! Wir haben tolle Ferien genossen. Über-/Abgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Danke Barbara!

Sehr gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Haus

Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten us da sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten mit 6 Leuten und einem Hund sehr viel Platz. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Aussicht, geräumiges, sauberes Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Von der großen Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer. Bahn und Autobahn hört man etwas, was uns aber nicht so sehr gestört hat. Die Betten waren bequem und groß. Man erreicht das Haus über eine relativ steile und enge Straße, was jedoch in Ligurien die Regel ist. Sestri Levante ist mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen und ein sehr schönes Städtchen, wo man auch an den Strand kann. Von Sestri Levante aus sind wir mit dem Zug in die Cinque Terre gefahren, wo man schön wandern kann. Barbara, die Vermieterin, war sehr freundlich und sehr zuverlässig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Ruim huis met meerdere terrassen.

Zeer ruim huis met meerdere terrassen en een prachtig uitzicht tot aan de zee. Het huis is wat basic en kaal ingericht maar is erg schoon en netjes. Zeer rustige ligging en een hele goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving van La Spezia tot aan Genua. Het contact met Barbara verliep meteen vanaf het begin erg soepel en vriendelijk. Bedankt voor ons verblijf hier.

Urlaub in Italien

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Sestri Levante/Riva Trigoso/Casine. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit und konnte und auch gute Informationen für Ausflüge zu der Region geben. Ich selbst war das erste Mal in Italien und konnte mich dort gut einfinden. Der Blick auf das Meer war sehr schön und es war auch gut das es nicht einen Total überlaufende Urlaubsdomizil ist. Mann ist hier ehr unter Italienern auch bietet Sestri Levante viel Möglichkeiten für Kinder Spass zuhaben und es Empfiehlt sich auch ein Boot-Ausflug zu machen und mit den Fischen Schwimmen zu gehen. Ich würde immer wieder gern diesen Ort besuchen gehen.

Toll renoviertes Haus von herzlicher Gastgeberin

Das Haus ist umfassend neu renoviert und hat mit 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern großzügig Platz für eine Familie. Am besten haben uns die beiden Terrassen mit tollem Blick zum Meer gefallen. Die Höhenlage sorgt für etwas kühlere Temperaturen. Bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto lediglich 10-15 Minuten. Barbara, unsere Gastgeberin, hat über Mail und WhatsApp ausführlich und transparent kommuniziert und war im persönlichen Kontakt sehr herzlich und unterstützend. Vielen Dank für die schöne Urlaubswoche in Deinem Haus, Barbara!

Ruhe genießen mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir waren 8 Tage zu Gast in Barbara‘s Haus und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, großzügig und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet eingerichtet. Den Insektenschutz vor allen Fenstern haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Terrassen bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf das ligurische Meer. Den lauschigen, sonnengeschützten Essplatz mit Aussicht werden wir sehr vermissen. Wir reisen mit Hund und unsere Luna wurde direkt mit einem Napf Wasser willkommen geheißen. Das Haus und der eingezäunte Terrassengarten sind perfekt für Reisende mit Hund. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch. Im benachbarten Olivenbaum Garten haben wir morgens das ein oder andere Reh entdeckt. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Die Region bietet unzählige, wunderschöne Ziele. Unsere Touren waren eindrucksvoll und die Tage, die wir im Haus mit Relaxen und BBQ verbracht haben, für uns perfekt. Die Strände direkt in Sestri sind super zu erreichen. Die Infrastruktur im Ort ist TOP. Barbara hat uns sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen und uns alles im Haus erklärt. Sie stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat sich immer direkt gekümmert. Genauso herzlich wurden wir von ihrer Tochter verabschiedet- unsere Luna wollte gar nicht gehen ;-) Wir bedanken uns, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften und empfehlen Euch und euer schönes Haus unbedingt weiter.

Un'oasi di tranquillità

Soggiorno di totale relax in una casa grande e comoda, pulitissima e ben arredata. Ottimi gli spazi esterni dove rilassarsi, prendere il sole o godersi il pranzo. La casa, immersa nel verde, gode di una vista stupenda sul mare di Sestri ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per la scoperta di un territorio dalle mille sfaccettature: dal mare delle 5 Terre o del Tigullio fino al verde e alle scoperte della Val di Vara o della Lunigiana.

Gern jederzeit wieder

Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes, geräumiges Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Benutzung, grosses Hanggrundstück mit vielen unterschiedlichen Terrassen, Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten... ...fantastischer Meer- und Bergblick ... unkompliziertes Heizen im Haus jederzeit möglich... Lage für Wander-, Rad- und Autoausflüge perfekt... sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter...
