Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007.
As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for.
Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of if not the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis.
Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our companies feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons of our companies success.
35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients so any feedback or ideas from you is always welcomed and taken very seriously.
