The house on Ven On a plot a stone's throw away from the beach is the newly built house "Venvillan", probably the island's most stylish and modern house. With its unique location, it offers both panoramic views of the sea and the Öresund coast and a scenic environment with sheep pastures around the knot. It is ideal for larger families or groups who want to enjoy the quiet idyllic environment, the proximity to the sea with a private jetty and relaxation in their own hot tub! Already in the hall, the house opens up with airy and light interiors where consistently stylish and modern material choices have been used. The core of the house is the spacious room where the kitchen, dining area and sofa groups coexist in the light that flows in through the panoramic glass wall. The fully equipped kitchen works great for cooking meals that can then be enjoyed indoors or out on the large terrace. The lounge area with comfortable sofas invites to relaxing moments with board games or in front of the SmartTV (Apple). The exclusive feeling continues with high-tech solutions throughout in terms of lighting, ventilation, alarms, camera surveillance and of course free wifi. Final cleaning is also included in the villa's rental price. There is a fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine, good storage space in cabinets and closets throughout the house. The beds are distributed in three function-smart bedrooms for up to 9-10 people, but you live most comfortably with a maximum of 8 people. One bedroom has 1 double bed, the other bedroom 1 double bed and 1 single bed in a sleeping loft. The third bedroom has 1 single bed, 1 wider single bed (120 cm), 1 pull-out single bed, and 2 beds in the sleeping loft that are suitable for children / adolescents. The house has underfloor heating and a cozy stove for cooler days and comfortable AC via the ventilation system when the sun is on. On the spacious terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view or the sunset over Öresund, perhaps after a good barbecue meal. Or why not relax in the stainless steel hot tub, where you can sit under starry skies and just enjoy the holiday! in the hot tub there is room for 4 people. The detached garden also has beautiful views from all furnished patios, lawn and barbecue area. Only about twenty meters down to the shore, you have your own bathing jetty with a bathing ladder that invites to many dives. You can also walk or cycle (2 km) to Norreborgs bathing area. With its unique location by the shore, you can only reach Venvillan via the walking and cycling path that surrounds the island, about 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. The island is perfect for exploring by bike or on foot. Therefore, we recommend parking the car at one of the free car parks available at Vens Cykeluthyrning or Alpacaboden to then rent or bring your own bikes to the island. Take the opportunity to discover all of Ven's strawberry places and a wide range of activities! Walk along the hiking trails that surround the island, eat fresh fish in Kyrkviken harbor, explore all the arts and crafts shops or enjoy good culinary adventures at local restaurants. Take a round of golf at the nearby St. Ibbs Golf Course (9-hole), try the locally produced whiskey at Spirits of Hven in Backafallsbyn or visit the museum about the scientist Tycho Brahe who had his observatory on the island.
