Lindo II apartment in Madrid

Located in one of Madrid's most charming neighbourhoods, the Las Letras (Huertas) district, it stands out for its characteristic city architecture and an unbeatable location, a pedestrian area with numerous establishments, restaurants, museums and different activities that the city offers, in short, an international and cosmopolitan atmosphere.



The apartment:



This 60 m² apartment is located on the first interior floor of a building without a lift that can accommodate up to 6 people and is completely renovated, designed to offer the best quality to its occupants.



A warm and very bright environment distributed in a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a cosy living-dining room with a sofa bed next to the kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances, as well as a full bathroom with a shower.



It has Wi-Fi internet and partial air conditioning for cold and heat.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.



To take into account:



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
