The place was great and right in the middle of centro. The property was clean and the cave room was a treat. The only inaccuracy is that each room only has one double bed, not two. The host was highly responsive. I would stay here again for sure!

Absolutely loved staying here, it was so close to the tourist area which was great for us to explore but it was also very quiet which was amazing. Hector was an amazing host and fast communicating, did his very best to help us with anything and absolutely will stay again here when I do come back to Madrid!

This apartment is small, but it has been thoughtfully subdivided to provide 3 private sleeping spaces. The arrangement of sink/toilet/shower in 3 separate spaces works well for a group. While the museums and palace are a bit of a walk (or ride), the area around the apartment is lively and full of restaurants and shops.

Cozy place in a great location

Cozy place located perfectly central to Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, and Puerta del Sol, as well as a couple of Metro stations. There are multiple options of food, including Gluten Free, walking distance from the apartment. Our host, Hector was quick to respond to questions anytime we needed something. Two things to clarify: there are 3 beds not 4, and this is not located in the Puerta del Sol square, as one picture might suggest, it is two blocks around the corner. Not a bad walk, but not what we first expected. The water heater is a little small. Shower quickly to enjoy the hot water. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Très bel appartement élégamment et intelligemment rénové et très bien placé. Mais sombre : lumière obligatoire même par grand soleil. Les seules fenêtres donnent sur un petite cour intérieure et l’appart est au rez de chaussée !! Ça n’est pas soupçonnable au vu des photos de l’annonce. Pour les amateurs de vin, venez avec vos verres. Je l’ai signalé au propriétaire qui m’a retourné qu’il n’y en avait pas dans cet appartement !

Séjour très agréable pris en charge du début à la fin au niveau de l’appartement. Chambre du bas un peu humide, mais cela convient pour quelques jours. À noter, trois lits de 140 cm , un. Par chambre. Échange, très cordiaux avec le propriétaire et le gros plus reste, l’emplacement, idéal en plein centre !
